We recently had our bathroom and toilet converted into a wet room by Simon Fletcher, and we are absolutely delighted with the results.
From start to finish, Simon was professional, reliable, and extremely customer-focused. He took the time to understand our requirements and customised everything exactly where and how we wanted it. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure the final outcome exceeded our expectations.
His attention to detail is outstanding, and the quality of workmanship is evident in every aspect of the project. Simon is incredibly hardworking, caring, and takes great pride in what he does. Everyone that I dealt with at the company were brilliant. Always really helpful, on the phone and in person. I was kept informed at all times and everything was done to make the process run smoothly. The bathroom fitter, Shaun, was excellent. He made what is quite a disruptive process, easy. Nothing was too much trouble and his workmanship is second to none. I love my bathroom. Thankyou to all.

Bad Vibes - Lack of initial Customer Service
Booked a design appointment for a full refit - Designer rang before hand to quiz me on budget to see if worth his while coming and also to advise will be late - This gave me bad vibes for that visit and installation- Rang company to cancel and they just said OK —- Do not deserve my business or that of my friends and family - Shame reviews on here seem good but to me first impressions count and also good customer service especially when I spending my budget

Installation of shower for my disabled wife
This is the second time we have used Passmore and are just as pleased this time as we were the last time. We needed a shower room for my wife who has recently become disabled. The service was excellent and they were very helpful in understanding the needs of a disabled person. My wife is very pleased with the shower and finds it is perfect for her.

Beyond expectations
Friends of ours recommended Passmore - we hadn’t come across them before. However, from the visit to the showroom in Harrogate, to the design, the quote and then the installation of 2 bathrooms, they have been excellent at every step.
In particular, Darren, who did the installation, exceeded expectations and did a brilliant job.
I would definitely recommend Passmore if you’re looking at a new bathroom.

Extremely happy with our bathrooms from More Bathrooms (Passmores) and their fitter, Louis. Superb communication, quality of work and attention to detail. The whole experience (showroom, pre-check and fitting) has been positive, and based on that experience we will definitely use them again.

It was all done for me, an efficient workman, tidied up well. there was a slight delay in removing the rubbish, but this was dealt with when I mentioned it

For me the company got everything…
For me the company got everything right, Andy in the showroom ( very friendly and Knowledgeable) he listened to our needs pointed us in the right direction arranged a home visit to survey and agree a plan of action. Jack site surveyor who measured and did drawings to aid installation and the ordering of items required.Dale and Ryan the installers made contact to advise on arrival time etc, as planned they arrived punctual ,introduced themselves and after their initial assessment they put down carpet protection and moved safely anything that might be in the way.Advised us of their plan of action.What an asset they are to your company,they informed and advised as the work progressed, 2 very polite and professional tradesmen at their best .The completed work was finished in the suggested timeline to a very high standard,we were invited to inspect the workmanship before they left having cleaned and vacuumed up leaving us with nothing to do.I would have no problem recommending your company to anyone in the future. Thoroughly professional
Passmore installed a new kitchen for me last September, so I was very much inclined to use their More Bathrooms branch for this recently completed installation. Again the process was very efficiently handled at all stages, from Julie's design work to the fitting by Mark, who did an excellent job and kept me informed of all processes. I would particularly highlight the standard of the materials and the clear-up process, which was immaculate.

Overall excellent service, job done by Michael was to high standard, productive and clean. Thanks Michael to convert the bathroom into the wet room. Satisfied and much appreciated. We are very pleased with the bathroom. The design process and advice was great. After the survey we did change the design and the company were very helpful. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the work and the whole process.

Cloakroom upgrade …
From design to completion the process took less than three months.
The construction team Dean and Ryan were pleasant and efficient. We were very pleased with the way the area was cleared up at the end of each day.
I suppose our main criticism would be that the bathroom was not cleaned of all the splashed plaster and chunks of hardened plaster left to dry at the end of the job.

Bathroom to shower room.
I had my small bathroom converted to a shower room. The whole process from planning the design, to choosing the fittings and having the work carried out was very well organised and completed to a high standard. I am delighted with the end result.
