Thank you Ammar for handling the onboarding for me

Ammar handled the onboarding for me he answered all of my questions and was polite very happy overall. Because I’m a new pco license holder and was on a low income i did think it was a little unfair to have to pay two weeks upfront that will come off the total meaning within one week I had to pay close to £900 to start driving (£200 on Tuesday + two weeks + then on the Monday £240) was desperate so didn’t think it through . When collecting the car i had lots of questions and had to confirm a few things on the phone/via email so I did feel quite rushed one of the guys took over taking the photos even though i didn’t ask -i was trying to take screenshots for my own records (in reflection we spent like an hour at the car park so maybe he just wanted to help speed things up) although the guy was friendly the car was dirty, crumbs on the inside , and something sticky in middle bit, an old T-shirt drivers side (for cleaning maybe?) food wrapper and finger prints (doodles) inside and outside was told it’s a brand new car but they still get cleaned but once delivered they don’t clean it again try and sort some car mats prior to picking the car up was told the car should have less than 20miles as they get driven from the warehouse/lot /factory and then offloaded/delivered/transported to the area so should have less than 20miles but the car had done 175 miles (collected with 26% battery which is understandable but worth mentioning) also felt like they did not want to give me stickers I insisted and they did put one no smoking sign and encouraged me to buy more attractive ones I assumed it would come with cctv stickers (etc) but the two gentlemen insisted I did not need any stickers (gave the example of Uber exec…) which confused me as TfL say you must display a list of stickers.. said you can cover up the camera but the footage only gets looked at if you request it in an incident which can’t be predicted. Also punctures not covered in tyre and brakes package so advised not to get it until 6-12 months which I appreciated the transparency overall incredibly happy with the car (Kia Niro ev 2) and to start Uber but I’m a bit nervous looking at previous experiences so far I have not needed to contact Moove again but wish I negotiated a bit better. I hate rating things all the time especially on Uber but Ammar is a true credit to your organisation cannot fault him at all, very happy with his help getting set up but looking at my experience as a whole I can not say I am 100% satisfied but regardless happy to begin a new career and without Moove I’m not sure where I would have gone/what I would have done. If you know someone with a Moove account you must get a referral code asap! (bit separate but if ur new do not download Uber driver without getting a referral code from someone first was so annoyed I could not get the bonus cuz I was too eager if I could do it all again I would delete Uber account just to get the bonus XD)

Pathetic service

I have bought a car from Moove and initially its was great when we were having initial discussion
then They started ignoring calls and that is completely intentional as they behave
After receiving delivery, car is great no doubt I like ev6 but they way they handover car was extremely pathetic
Imagine brand new car you are receiving from showroom and car was extremely dirty they can’t even bother to clean it, it was EV6 horizon and I have checked with showroom it does come with floor Matt which cost £99 on Kia website they even didn’t supply that too

Now they are charging parking fines of £12 almost every second week for the offence which never happens

Today I again receive email that they are going to take another £12 on 6th November and for what they never give any information

They are basically cheating and charging you unnecessary amounts every now and then without any notice

I am advising you all if you need a car for rent2buy please don’t buy from Moove their customer services will make you frustrated after you get the delivery

Please go to Splend as they have nice reputation and also their customer services is better then Moove

Feel like Company consider money not drivers life

I rented one and half month ago used tesla model 3 from Moove. I noticed after 2 to 3 weeks car rear tyre air slightly down. There after month I plan to check with local garage and they found rim was internal damage. I was so disappointed. I contacted customer service and they said I'm the responsibility. I'm sure 💯 if any fault with car when I'm driving. I knew previous driver/ something happened they handled this vehicle. I didn't check wheels inside. I went inspection for MOT at Kwikfit and another tyre tread nearly has gone. Other tyres partly worn and they mentioned my contract almost new.
After inspected I have noticed break squeak sound from car front wheel when you break. I contacted customer service they said that my responsibility to repair. I need to terminate this contract earlier than minimum but I need to wait 6 months and extra 1 month to terminate almost 7 months. They charged £10 for PCN noticed even though not my mistake. I already registered automotive payment but received PCN notice from NCP. I contacted NCP and that said their system failure and pay normal parking charges at Gatwick only £2 but moove charges me £10 for each notice and I paid £ 60 because 6 notices. I contacted customer service via email and sent evidence of NCP letter that was not my mistake. They didn't care about anything but charge £60 on my account. I'm not happy with this company but need to finish minimum contract. I'm in stress now.

What can I say , many thanks to Jordan in making the process easy ,fast and smooth, he is a great professional, done his job at the highest level , and also I would to mention Kas when I took the car , top guy , again many thanks to these 2 guys , I highly recommend Moove now, even though I was a bit unsure after I read some review's, if you opt for Moove ask for Jordan and believe me the process of rent/rent-to-buy will be very simple, fast and very transparent.
