Absolutely wonderful items, high quality and design, very pleased with our purchase and especially with the spot on delivery and customer service!!

We purchased a mirror lamp from Moonlight as it had the most competitive price for the model we wanted. Something went wrong with the delivery (it was taking a long time) and it turns out the parcel had been lost in transit. We got a very speedy reply from Beth when we notified Moonlight of the delay. After finding out it had been lost, she organised a redelivery straight away. Very quick to help and product is great quality, thank you! We will use Moonlight again for sure.

Beautiful lights! Moonlight Design was so helpful in assisting in purchasing my lights which included organizing the freight to Australia. I had a slight issue with the shades when I received them in which Moonlight Design was so quick to rectify the issue. Communication was 5/5 and will definitely return to purchase more lighting from them even though they are on the other side of the world to
where I live (better than any other local supplier here in Australia)

Moonlight Design offer exceptional customer service. I've found them to be very helpful and responsive when I had an issue which needed to be resolved. It related to a fairly modest purchase but they treated me like I was a very important customer! Highly recommended.

Fast delivery but the returns process is the slowest that I’ve ever experienced. After paying over £15 to return the items, a week after them being delivered to the warehouse I am sill awaiting a refund. Despite the lights being unopened, apparently they are still undergoing QC checks. Hopefully I eventually get my refund!

Update: it has now been two weeks since the items were returned and I haven’t been issued with a refund. No update from the company.

If I could give Moonlight Design another 5 stars, I would. Beth went over and above to help me yesterday. Thank you, Beth.

Customer service, can only be described as incredible. A few of the champagne droppers were damaged when we opened our box. Customer service apologised & the droppers were delivered the next day. No hassle what-so-ever. The prices are fantastic. I’m an electrical contractor & I will be recommending this company to my customers for lighting units.

We had an issue with a product that we had bought from Moonlight but the customer service they gave to resolve the issue was very sensitive and very prompt. I would definitely use them again !

Superb service, wasn't sure as to which LED drivers I needed and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I placed a second order and forgot to add an item which they agreed to send out postage free, this is how to run a business.

Found the lights I wanted at a competitive price. Kept informed on delivery, lights arrived quickly and when one arrived missing a part, they were super quick in sending out the extra part; it arrived in the post the day after I contacted them. The customer service was excellent - I read reviews about Moonlight before purchasing from them and comments about good customer service were part of the reason I went with them; I was really pleased I did and that they lived up to expectations. Would definitely use Moonlight again.

I ordered 2 bedside lamps and on using them about a month later noticed slightly exposed wires from the in-line switch. A production fault and a warranty claim as it was over the 14 day online return period. I phoned Moonlight and sent a photo and was very pleasantly treated. A new lamp appeared the next day on the doorstep - thanks for outstanding service !

I bought two Tiffany Glass Brooklyn pendant lights "due for release" in 40 days. In reality, 40 days is shipping time from China. What arrived wld hardly have aroused my interest at a flea market if priced at £20, let alone at the £83.50 I paid for each. Returning them cost me £15 but I've learnt to think twice before purchasing heavier goods for which I need to pay any returns -- especially if the good are simply shipped in to fulfil my order. Very disappointing experience that.

I ordered a lamp but it was on back order. I still wanted this particular lamp so I was willing to wait. Moonlight Design kept me informed on its progress at all times. It arrived without the finial but I was offered another base
with finial and it arrived the next day. It is absolutely beautiful and looks amazing. I cannot thank the team at Moonlight Design enough they were incredible in sorting out the problem. Thsnk you so much for everything.

Writing this in late 2020, so wholly expectedly the items ordered – two of the same outdoor wall light by Swedish firm Konst Smide – were not in stock and there was a few weeks’ delay. No other UK online “stockist” had them either – despite their websites shows items as being in stock – and as Moonlight offered a competitive price I chose to wait. The reason I’m giving 5 stars isn’t because when they finally arrived, the lights were brilliant and high quality (and they were), but because of the communication from Moonlight Design. Having spent months dealing with shops and suppliers it made for a welcome change to deal with a company that was responsive and better yet, kept me informed. So I recommend this London-based company and I’ll definitely seek to use them again.

Excellent service / quality product
Placed my order one day, and my light fitting was delivered within 48 hours. The light fitting was well packaged and whilst I have yet to unwrap the light (building works still ongoing), I feel confident there will be no damage to the product. I had quite a lot of questions before I placed my order (fixings / cables etc) and Beth and her colleagues were so helpful (and patient) and provided me with as much information as possible in order for me to make an informed decision on the light fitting that I finally purchased. I would have no hesitation in buying from Moonlight Design Ltd again and / or recommending to family and friends.

I have placed orders with moonlight on a number of occasion for both internal and external lights. All staff are very knowledgeable on a full range of products. If unsure they will contact their suppliers for technical advice to ensure advice is correct.
Delivery is faultless , I have always been notified of a delivery with a link to the courier for a time slot- usually within 24 hours. Parcels are always well packaged and secure.
Covid 19 not affected customer service in any way (unlike some other companies) - they always available on the phone and always return calls.
They will also provide a design service.
Excellent service , excellent quality of products so Moonlight highly recommended.

Things don't always go to plan, but the way in-which a company responds is what matters to me.

There had been a delay with my delivery, but as soon as I got in touch with Moonlight Design both Fionnuala and Kate got on the case and sorted things out.

The communication I received through was prompt and regular. The product I received is really fantastic and I am very happy. I would certainly recommend Moonlight Design.
