My experience with Monta is really good. This was my first order with them, because of the Limited Edition Miffy Soccer Shirt. It was shipped quickly and in a secure packaging. The box the shirt arrived in elevated the Miffy Experience.
As I received mixed information on the parcel shipment, either UPS and/or PostNL, I reached out to the customer service. They responded promptly to my question and gave me the correct details.

Paid but not received...
I've the payment and order in my email. Bought the ball on 22june 2025 and we are now 7 october 2025. Still not received my ball. I write every month a mail and try to contact via instagram. No answer anywhere! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP anymore! I lost lost 130euro...

No answer and long wait
Made an order 1. November 2024. After 1 mail(with no answer) and 4 weeks I got a mail it had been sent. It went further 2 weeks and another mail (still no answer) before I received my package.
It was damaged on arrival as it was in a box for the ball by no further packing.
Got my order after 6! Weeks and no costumer service get them a low rating. I would not recommend buy from this website.

Ook een monta bal besteld het pakket…
Ook een monta bal besteld het pakket staat nog bij post nl. Hb gemaild . Niks ontvangen. Schandalig dat n bekende voetballer als Davids daar z’n naam aan verbind, n niks aan doet n de web-site nog bestaat Zwaar opgelicht , geen medewerking van post nl. Nooit 👎 bestellen, wacht nog steeds. Kijk uit.

lousy customer service. No product
Always used monta for my freestyle tricks so I decided to try buying it straight from the source.. and wow I ain't touching another monta ball ever again.. no matter how good their footballs is.. utter crap customer service no way at all to get in contact with them.. been waiting for my products for 15 days now.

Een order geplaatst en betaling gedaan dit ging allemaal vlekkeloos.
Helaas tot op heden geen bal ontvangen.
Niet te bereiken.
Reageren niet op mails.
Nooit hier meer wat bestellen.
Oplichters zijn het.

Niets waard, geld kwijt, geen reactie
Ik had beter eerst even op de Facebook pagina gekeken.
Betalen lukt wel, antwoorden niet.
Enkel klachten van klanten die naast een verzendbevestiging nooit de bal ontvangen. De transportfirma ontvangt gewoon het product niet, dus er valt niets te leveren.
Geld kwijt, oplichting.
Op mails en berichten via messenger blijft de reactie gewoon uit.
