This game is a scam!!! they lead me outside google play to buy from their website and they erased all my dice!!!

then they told me i rolled the dice while i was sleeping!!!

Ich wurde gestern gesperrt für 3 Tage. Habe dem Support geschrieben, da ich nicht weiss, was ich gemacht habe. Als Antwort nach ca. 15 Stunden, "ich werde das Problem untersuchen, innerhalb 1 Tages krieg ich eine antwort" ich finde so machen sie das spiel kaputt. Ich habe das spiel gerne gespielt und einige male gekauft. Ich bin mir sicher, dass ich keine Antwort erhalte. Grundlos gesperrt zu werden, dass geht zu weit.

0 stars for the monopoly go game. Waste of time and money. About racing game, I can't understand why game creator add some useless person to the game, doing nothing, and add the the teams who playing like mad. Collecting the flags it's a mission impossible, I m thinking not to play big events like racing, partner events, and bloody robot games. No more wasted time and money.

Horrific customer service!! Robots ask for the same information multiple times and you never get a resolution! One of their agents admitted they screwed up and I am 24 hrs in with no response.

i am playing for almost 2 years, being a normal gambler and investing 40-50, even 100$ per month in the game, buying dices and gold cards to finish sets and to compete decently in races (grabbing flags).
as today the race started and not feeling "safe" with 11.000 dices, wanted to buy 1900 more plus a bonus of 1100 with 20$ - decent, right?
pushed "purchase" button, but the transaction was unsuccesful (guess there is a God up, there!)... ok, i said, i will do it later, try again... and started to play the 11.000 dices...well, to make the long story short, i've rolled the dices 74 times (5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and, twice, 500 - high roller time) and i get 3 railroads (two with 5) and 6 chances( from which 3 with money), waisting 7700 dices...
don't know if you can draw any conclusion from above, but mine was clear... we are robbed by Scopely and they are doing it big time, even with rude smirk, speculating our passion for a, otherwise, nice game...
aaaa, not to forget... at the end, checking the ranking, i saw that the first 7 were, already, above 10.000 points (first, 27.000!!) after 15 min since start and i get 420 points with 7000 dices..
thus, after this, called my banks to block all future payments for Scopely (if i will be too weak to avoid pushing "purchase" button), i will start to avoid friends/partners in the game whom i used to be a reliable partner and i will "live" from gratuities, playing 100-200 dices per day as a respectable grandpa that i am not...
botton line: Scopely, you lost some money on medium and long term, being greedy and altering the fairness of the game.. if another few thousands will do that, you'll go under, which i am wishing you from the bottom of my heart!!

Garbage game! Get something else, you'll be much happier!

The only way Scopely will survive for much longer is if/when they choose to make necessary changes to sustain player accounts. The fact that you can only play when you have dice available is rather indicative that they're really only interested in YOUR money, else you can only play when they allow you dice. That's not even a game, it's more of a trap. Most of the reviews I have read express major frustration with glitches, loss of dice and money and the fact that if they suspect anything wrong you get suspended without any warning. I get that and it is rather shady practice. No wonder they are losing so many player accounts. My rant is merely about the ability to play whenever you like. Yet, unless you dish out your own cash you have to wait. This is a major problem.
Regardless, until Scopely chooses to improve all these relevant issues and fairly resolve grievances from their player accounts, they are eventually going to fail miserably.
I'm still playing and I don't make purchases. Yet I am losing my patience and the frustration grows until they change things up, else will soon be packing this game in permanently.
Receiving 100's of dice to roll and never hitting a railroad makes this game a disturbing experience. That is nowhere near a fun gaming experience. Best change things up Scopely, as the number of player accounts continue to decline, so will your platform.

This game is a scam. Some players get three times the amount of dice for free. U can’t compete like this so unless u want to spend money find another game. It is all set up for you to keep buying.

This game is horrible it’s hard to advance when you can’t get dice and keeps pop ups telling you to buy their biggest packs , definitely a pay to win game, the race even was total bs but hey got a few rewards, not enough to actually advance anywhere tho, lost 14,000 dice to try get ahead and was wasted on two boards 🙄 didn’t get far, the side games are bs to, tried to talk to customer service only to get super generic answers and they shut chat off after answering me when I had a problem, they don’t care about their customers only the cash they can get from you

I'm about to close my account and play something else. Firstly, you put in all the time too build up the bank just so they let someone take everything!! Secondly, I would never spend any money on this game since they will give it back to someone else!! Thirdly, I went from 2 billion to $334,000 in 4 hours, what a waste of my time!! Lastly, if you value your time I would suggest another game because this one is super whack!!

Monopoly go adverts are nothing but harassment I try swiping down but the monopoly go advert is still there could not get rid of it without having to exit the game

Totally rigged gameplay. Full of bots to ensure you cannot win top prizes. Everything in this game is designed to force you to pay for everything. But even if you do pay the odds suddenly seem stacked against you even more. Go play something else that is fair.

Holla me baje el juego hace tiempo más de 6 meses con la esperanza que sea un juego para diversión y para poder completar los álbumes es como una autorealizacio. Ya pasaron tres álbumes y no puedo comprarlo en esas veces me faltaba solo cartas doradas y no lo puede completar, ahora faltan 3 días y me quedan 4 cartas doradas que no las tengo por qué no salen para cambiar . Es una vergüenza que haya en los álbumes ,30 cartas doradas y que el tiempo del álbum para completar es un mes y medio tendría que salir todos los días para cambiar las doradas en toda la temporada dle álbum no me salió ni una vez estar Cartas . Espero que lo puedan arreglar por qué te dan ganas de desinstalar la aplicación y cada vez me motiva menos jugar y le pasa esto a un montón de personas que conozco

One star is to much for this game. I have had nothing but problems in the year I played, constant glitches, crashes, rewards disappeared, dice disappeared, the most recent was I was on a team for the community chest and every member of my team received a 6 star card pack and 2 purple packs in with the dice ect, I recieved a green pack, a mega heist, money and 56 dice, I complained to CS and was basically told "soz lol it's all random" but all other members of my team received much better rewards, they also tired to tell me I didnt complete the community chest task and i send them a screenshot of the tasks completed to which I got a reply of "the game is working correctly, it's all random" CS is an absolute joke when it comes to issues, I've contacted them so many time when I've had problems and have never recieved a good response. Save you time and uninstall this game.

Suspension in a very good ID? Over 25,000 dice and over 10,000 flags for the race. Still not good enough. 5 new IDs less than 24 hours old, all suspended in 5 min. Reason? No idea, always the same answer. This should have been a kitchen game, but it's just a scam.

Ich wurde zum 2. Mal gesperrt. Auf Nachfragen, warum und wieso, bekommt man nur lapidare Antworten durch Computer gesteuerten Assistenten. Hilfe bekommt man keine. Macht keinen Spaß mehr. Dann sollen die ihr Spiel doch alleine spielen. Schade, dass man keine null Sterne vergeben kann.

I HAD OVER 1,000 DICE AT THE END OF THE GARDEN PARTNER EVENT. I QUIT PLAYING TO DO MY HOUSEHOLD CHORES. CAME BACK FOUR HOURS LATER AND ALL BUT 300 EARNED DICE WERE GONE AND IT TOOK ME FROM #12 POSITION TO 22 THEN TODAY MORE DICE DISAPPEARED AND IT TOOK ME DOWN TO #33! MY REWARDS JUST DISAPPEARED!! IM GETTING READY TO DELETE THE GAME. IT KEEPS STEALING MY TYCOON COIN PROGRESS IN THE DAILY PLAYER EVENT, PUTTING ME BACK TO 44 OR 40 OR 30 AFTER 60 OR 70 BANK HEISTS OR ATTACKS. I GET THE STICKERS AND DICE ETC. THAT'S PLAIN BS!!

So number 1, the ads for this app say that it is "Monopoly, but on your phone". Monopoly is one of my favorite board games, but Monopoly Go is a game where you have a life system (dice), No actual Monopoly gameplay, and a sticker system, and a sabotage system. all of these things are things I hate about Mobile games. Also, it is way too advertised. I mean, 50% of the ads I see are for monopoly go. The actual game pushes you to watch ads, and i deleted this game 5 days after getting it. 1/1000 experience The worst mobile game i have ever played.
Also the actual gameplay is redundant, and it is basically designed to empty your pockets.

If I could rate zero I would every time I make purchases yes every time I always get error contact support no help at all they stay telling me to wait for my purchases why I got to wait when my money is there last week I waited all day how long do have to wait today that's not fair I wonder is anyone else going through this can I can please get my purchases and always charging me twice is it because a black woman making purchases truly thinking about stop playing this game not understanding why I got to wait for the items I purchase

The one thing a hate about doing is quick wins every day and I mean why should we do every day at 2:00 pm just why why cant we do it in our own time even though at this vert moment I miss on a day each time
