Ich bin mit meinem ersten Einkauf im Molokoshop mehr als zufrieden. Die Bearbeitung meiner Bestellung erfolgte umgehend, ebenso rasch die - versandkostenfreie!!! - Lieferung durch DPD innerhalb von 24 Stunden.
Die gelieferten Creepers von Nevermind sind erstklassig und hochwertig, zum fairen Preis, mußten allerdings paßformbedingt von mir in eine Schuhgröße größer umgetauscht werden. Das ist aber auf den Hersteller des Artikels zurück zu führen, nicht auf den Händler. Ohnehin sind Konfektionsgrößen im globalen Versandhandel beinahe eine Art Glücksspiel mit 50/50 Chance auf gute Paßform. Auch der Neuversand der Ware durch den Händler folgte rasch und schnell.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den verpackungsreduzierten und damit nachhaltigen Versand des Shops. Da macht sich jemand Gedanken um sein Handeln.👍🏻

Bought a pair of T.U.K shoes from the women's sale section. I had never bought this brand and was not aware that they are men's US sizes. Website should EU38 as the shoe sizes and as it was in the women's shoe section I assumed it was women's EU38. Moloko shop doesn't highlight that TUK Creepers are unisex and US men sizes. The size guide is also not clear. Shoes received were either a women's EU37 or EU36. Shop refused to cover shipping costs for return despite not clearly stating how the sizing differs from other brands. Would not use the shop again. I would in future purchases direct from TUK EU site as I do with Solovair. Better customer service with the brands direct.
Bought a pair of solvair. You can tell asap their handmade and good quality.
I will order again in the future.
