Amazing! I’m so shocked with the bad reviews!! I ordered and it came 3 days later and it’s nearly Christmas so I was very very impressed! It’s honestly a stunning locket and I can’t wait to give it to my daughter! Her first piece of jewellery and I’m very excited as it’s so beautiful! The packaging is also stunning!!

Beautiful jewellery. I purchased a personalised bracelet as a birthday present for a friend and the piece was stunning. Such a lovely gift.

There was a tiny issue with the engraving which was resolved (as in new bracelet dispatched!) within hours of me contacting the team.

When I ordered my granddaughters bangle & I spelt it incorrectly & with just a quick email the wonderful Caroline immediately adjusted my order to the correct spelling.

Had a problem with delivery but that wasn’t their fault but they sorted it and got me a replacement out within 24hour a really helpful

I recently ordered a beautiful heart locket for my granddaughter and when adding her initial for engraving on it, unaware to myself I requested a lower case “c” instead of a capital “C”. Within hours of placing my order I received an email from Caroline from customer service just confirming if this is what I wanted. I was absolutely stunned that not only did someone pick up my error but took the time to email me to make me aware of it. Thank you so much!! This is my second order from Molly Brown and I can’t wait for it to arrive to give to my granddaughter. Very impressed, have ordered before and this time Royal mail lost my order. I notified Molly Brown and they replied immediately and sent out a replacement next day delivery so it didn't ruin us giving my daughter her present on her first Holy communion the next day! Thank you 😊 highly reccomend.

first time shopping from this site, My First Diamond Kiss earrings are perfect, a gift for my 6yr old Granddaugher, so pretty. Issue occurred with shipping and couldn’t be sent out within the time frame provided, was made aware of this as soon as possible and refunded postage money. Great service and would definitely use these again.

The jewelry is beautiful! When we received a product that had a defect, I contacted the company and they were so helpful. After sending a video that explained the defect, a replacement was immediately sent. The company followed up with me to assure that the replacement jewelry had arrived satisfactorily. I am glad I came across this company for children’s jewelry during my online search!

A lovely product, for a little girl's christening. "My first diamond silver bangle". This is the second of these that I've bought. The first one nearly 5 years ago, is still being worn since she received it. Has not been off her wrist since. There was a minor issue with the second one, but the company offered prompt and very satisfactory resolution for me. Would use them again.

I'd love to be able to post a picture. Horrendously tarnished baby bracelet (brown) has only been worn for sizing once. Told Molly Brown about it and sent pictures to be told that this was normal if jewellery hasnt been worn. gave me lengthy "care" advice. Wish I had bought something of better quality waste of money.

I am so glad I didn’t listen to some of the negativity on here! My beautiful bridesmaids presents have just arrived and they are perfect. 6 silver jelly beans and I’m so excited. The quality is superb, they were beautifully wrapped and so I can just hand them over. The company were delightful to deal with. So efficient and thoughtful- would 100% recommend

I bought a personalised birthstone christening bangle. There was a small issue with my engraving request which they they were very quick to contact me about and it was resolved straight away. The packaging was beautifully presented and the bangle itself is stunning. Very pleased!
