I think they must be staffed by monkeys.
I place an order with this company on 6/6/14. I was sent a confirmation e-mail, but the website returned an error when I tried to pay and my credit card was not charged. I e-mailed the company - twice - asking about the status of my order and received no reply. As I could not get in contact with them and my card was not charged, I assumed the order had not gone through.
Over a month later (7/13/14), my order showed up. My card had still not been charged. I communicated with the company again, and again received no reply. Yesterday they finally charged my card, leaving me with a negative bank balance because I do not usually keep large amounts of money in my checking account.
So by all means order from this company if you want to receive your items a month late, have your card charged whenever they get around to it, and receive no communication beyond the first automated confirmation e-mail.
Only positive points: The prices were low (well, before whatever fees my bank will charge me now) and the items I received were correct. Yay?
