We called the mobile vets out to help our 17 year old girl cross the rainbow bridge. Vladimir was the vet who arrived and he made a huge fuss of our little kitten who loves to meet everyone which made me instantly like him .. you can tell when people truly love animals. He was very professional and polite, having read some of the other reviews im not sure what people were expecting, it would be completely unprofessional of a vet to show up and start crying and sobbing with you, this is their job and they have to be able to remain professional in order for them to do it. Myself and my husband were devastated and incredibly upset but Vladimir was compassionate and listened to our wishes, it was very clear to us that he was putting our little dogs needs as top priority and wanted to do whatever was the fastest and most peaceful option for her. The whole ordeal which obviously very upsetting and distressing was made easier by his caring attitude and our little girl passed peacefully and quickly without any issues at all. He didn't make us feel rushed and he gave us plenty of time afterwards to say our goodbyes. We chose to take our best girl to the crematorium ourselves so we didnt use the mobile vets services beyond the call out however we are truly grateful to Vladimir for making the hardest decision we've ever had to make that little bit easier to live with.

On saturday 15th of august my mother had to make the sad decision to have her dog of 17 years put to sleep. The vet who came to perform this heartbreaking act performed his duties well enough but thats as far as his prefessionalism went, in our opinion. We as a family felt that on the day there was not as much empathy on display as there could have been. This was made all the more worse when, having agreed to have her dog taken away for cremation and the ashes returned to her in the proceeding 3 weeks, we were told that she would recieve a call telling her when this would take place. Despite this assurance, and much to my mothers disgust, the vet showed up at the house unannounced to deliver Lyla's ashes on a day when she was at another vets with her other dog and when he found nobody home he called her mobile to say that he was leaving those ashes inside an open bathroom window on the shelf inside, which caused her much upset and distress leading her to break down in tears while at that establishment. Me and my siblings feel that such an act shows a complete lack of professionalism and its safe to say i doubt we will be using this company again in future.

I had terrible feedback from my son and daughter in law, how unprofessional and un empathetic the vet was when they called him out to put our dog to sleep, it was a very traumatic time and made far worse by the disgusting attitude of the male vet! Do not use this company, as others have reported, they seem far more interested in making money than the animals welfare. Disgusting service and I hope they make a formal complaint.

We stumbled across Mobivet purely by accident and are so thankful that we did! Their professionalism, honesty and time given to their fur patients is outstanding. Our old boy Neon, is still with us because of them, because of the options they gave us. From our first meeting in our home with Vlad to then an operation in the practice with Louie. A brilliant vets - we were very impressed.

My moggy moomoo was seen this morning . Lovely lady . And didn't try to push any medication that wasn't needed . Very impressed for the 1st time going there

Absolutely disgusting the vet who was to do the c section on my dog she was heavy in labour was suppose to talk in confidentiality but he spoke about the procedure to us in the main reception also the price stated didn't say was from that price so he said he will ring and ask he then agreed to a price we said we would pay half now and the rest once done but no wasn't good enough he left my dog to suffer he never checked her over she was panting offers no water to my dog they are all for money absolutely disgusting vets never again walked out and went elsewhere do not go here to be ripped off with prices they dnt care about the animal only the money also they struck us off the register but guess what had a cheaper price elsewhere and friendly polite caring compassionate vets in Swansea.olease be careful also regarding ure reply U was not there to know what went on it was the vet myself and partner false lies also funny how others have reported the same vet I'm seeking further advice regarding this be careful people false advertising prices on website too

Patience and trust building with our very anxious elderly springer spaniel.The whole home visit was less stressful for Bramble aka (Duchess of Dimlaeth).
Good advice given ref her health and vaccinations given without fuss.Thank you Vlad ,so much .

An excellent veterinary practice. Their care and aftercare were outstanding, and Tracy in the insurance department was particularly helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Heard about Mobivet from a friend and following their positive experience, decided that we wanted the same for our beautiful Miniature Schnauzer, Poppy.

Delyth was simply amazing, her very obvious compassion and care helped make a difficult situation, tolerable. The end was very peaceful. Thank you so much.

Poppy has been an integral part of our family for over 12 years and we are heartbroken, however to saying goodbye to Poppy at home was a great help to us all.

I want to thank Vlad and everyone at Mobivet for their kindness and compassion when we had to send our darling boy Monty over rainbow bridge.
We asked specifically for Vlad as he had visited Monty previously but he wasn’t in that day yet he still came out for Monty and he was so very kind. Also the lovely lady (I’m sorry I don’t know your name) who went out of her way to return our boy’s ashes to us on Christmas Eve. We will be forever grateful 🙏🏻

I want to thank Mobivet from the bottom of my heart for their kindness to my mother, who lost her beloved companion, Molly, yesterday. They had been taking excellent care of her for years, in particular over the last few months when Molly developed a heart issue. But their kindness and compassion yesterday – in particular Delyth and Vienna – were simply extraordinary and they have our heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for taking such good care of our dearest girl.

Only used them because my cat is anxious going to the vet. The vet that came out, turned up an hour late, no call to say they were running late. Was totally unprofessional, didn’t seem to have a clue what she was doing. Ended up having to take her in for an operation which they suggested, again, terrible experience. Have spent nearly £800 and my cat is still unwell. I feel they are more interested in making money than the animals welfare. Wouldn’t recommend

Vlad arrived with what I can only describe as a bad attitude. He was monosyllabic and quite abrupt. He had no information about my pet prior to the appointment (it was a follow up for my nervous, elderly cat who needs a blood test) Vlad refused to do the test and home and insisted on going to the practice. (Only went to mobi vet because my cat gets very stressed and can't travel) He advised me to grab my cat by the scruff to put him in the box (I've never picked up my cat like that before) He then proceeded to chase my cat up the stairs. Cat went to hide under the bed, he's so stressed he's still there now. I cannot believe the total unprofessionalism of this man has, absolutely shocked. Will never use again.

Had to have my elderly whippet put to sleep 2 days ago. Delyth from mobivets was an angel. I’ve never experienced such a wonderful peaceful passing for a beloved pet. Delyth was kind, compassionate, took time to talk to my dog for a while and make a fuss of her. I was able to sit on my sofa with my relaxer out as normal with my dog by my side as she always is. Nothing was unsettling for my dog. Everything was as normal which kept her relaxed. Delyth took time to explain every last detail to me that I needed to know, gave me different options, took me through the options available for cremation including keepsakes. I was able to hold my dog until the end and grieve in my own home. I would never take an animal to a surgery again to be put to sleep after experiencing the at home service. It was wonderful. I cannot rate mobivets highly enough. Thank you Delyth ❤️

My little puppy was treated there for 2 days 2 weeks ago subsequently she was referred to Langford vets, small animal Vet school as she was deteriorating and was starving herself for 4 days even without water. She was admitted in Langford vets for 2 nights and thankfully now home much better. Today we had a phone call from mobivet trying to prescribe medicines worth over £400 without even asking how our little puppy is! Says it all!

Thank you so very much to Vlad and your lovely assistant for being so kind and gentle today when my daughter and I had to say goodbye to our cat; Garfield. You were both so considerate and your price was so good compared to other veterinary practices I contacted.
I will certainly recommend you to family and friends when they need the help of a vet.
