Customer service is almost non existant
Initially it took 2 days before receiving an account instead of the promised 20 minutes.Then we received an e-sim that we never got to work(tried on 2 devices). No customer service replies, then requested money back wihin the 14 days( money back guarantee) : no reply again. We suspect it is fraudulous because of above. Still hope they are reasonable and will return our money as they so-far did not do what was promised..
It seems to have a reason that banktransfers are required for payment instead of more protected creditcard transfers.

Many Issues and Zero Support
I bought an esim that was supposedly compatible with a Huawei GT Pro watch, and over $100 in credit. I received the QR code, but it didn't work with the watch. I tried to contsct customer Support- no answer after several attempts. I decided just to use the esim on my phone. It worked for a while, but, when I travelled overseas, the internet connection failed and hasn't worked since. Again, no response from Customer service. I was supposed to get capacity to make phone calls etc, but it is IOT and only data. Their promise of Support is a complete lie!

I see that you don't really have customer service, there is no place on your website that displayed your email contact or a working chat service, my payment made successfully, a very long time ago but no update or a notification about my order, all the more reason to call you a scam, and even your SIM card service seems very poor, I give you less than 2 hours to refund my 63$ on my Wise account here: otherwise, say goodbye to your Bank account and your LLC (Sharp Rock Technologies llc), I would be very stubborn to report you everywhere for fraud and scam.

I sent a Zelle of $120 and nothing happened.
No emails, no confirmations.
My established login and password would not allow me to login into their Customer Service portal.
I wrote a previous review (before my travels) here and it was removed.
I am back from my travels now, and have tried to log into the Customer Service portal - and it now allows me in.
I am requesting that I be refunded, due to not being able to access the product I purchased - at the time I needed it.
Furthermore, removing my previous review and not addressing the problem then - is a further reason to refund me.

Company support staff responsive, knowledgable but difficult to contact
As of now I have been unable to verify the functioning of the eSIM I purchased from MobilityPass (Global Roaming) due to a phone limitation unrelated to the work of MobilityPass. (US phone I'm trying to use in Europe.)
I originally was suspicious of the offer. As of the writing of this review, the company Contact > General Inquiries section says it has a contact info but none is provided. Moreover, the login info I provided upon generating an order a few days was, as far as I could tell, incomplete. When I created a username and password, the combination was shown as my login information, but that login didn't work. I only learned the actual login (for which "@globalroaming.com" is appended to the username I gave), after 8 hours when the payment was processed. Fortunately, once that occurred and I could log in, I was able to contact their support staff, who were both responsive and attentive (not simply generating boilerplate). If I can get this card working, I will be able to update the post further.

Defective website, virtually no support
I wanted to purchase a phone plan. However, after completing all fields, the page says the company isn't currently taking payments.
I looked for a way to contact support but there is none unless you're already a customer.
The aforementioned form apparently did create an account for me since if I try again, it says my username is already in use. So my account is in a transient state and I am left with no way to get help.
Also, this business does not have a Google Maps presence nor a Facebook page. I think they just want to avoid exposure to criticism.

after purchasing eSIM I discovered that they assign a UK number and not US number, I requested a refund and they told me that they will assign a US number and this will take a few days, I have waited for 2 weeks and nothing happened, I've sent another email requesting refund as they haven't made the changes and no response.

I bought this primarily for data, while on business trips in South America.
I have attempted to use Mobility Pass eSim and it is filled with conflicting and confusing information about how to set it up. The website is difficult to navigate and contains conflicting information.
Then when I finally managed to get it to work (despite the help desk not actually responding on how to set it up), it only worked slowly on 3G when it is supposed to use 4G. 4G is definitely available in the area.
Then after working slowly for 1 day, it now does not have any connection (data or voice), again the help desk does not respond.
I will be reverting to my previous data eSim provider (Gigsky) because I know they will provide what they promise.

Almost a fraud
No connection whatsoever in the US. Suspiciously high invoices for very limited use in the UK and the Netherlands. No response from their support desk, not even after weeks. The only thing they do properly is sending you reminders to top up your saldo. Naturally. I'd say this is close to a fraud and I am definitely done with them. Avoid!
Mobilitypass was a ripoff
I signed up with MobilityPass to give me mobile broadband while travelling in Europe.
While on vacation I managed to make only two connections to the Internet using MobilityPass, afterwards all connection requests via Mobilitypass were refused or were unavailable.
A month later while checking my bank account statement I found that MobilityPass had withdrawn $426 from my account. I contacted MobilityPass for an explanation and they replied that this charge was for the 43 minutes of Internet connection that I, in total, used.
They charged me $10 per minute for Internet use! I had used this time only to read my emails and hadn't downloaded any other files.
Many complaints have appeared on the Internet about excessive charges and poor Internet connectivity from MobilityPass.
Also be aware that the deposit that customers are forced to make will be lost. MobilityPass will keep your deposit, and they also require your credit card details and can and do take money from your bank account whenever they wish. You can get far cheaper Internet and better quality connections from any other provider.
Far better to buy a local SIM card for your smart phone or take advantage of Skype's low cost services, Skype Wifi for example.

They then proceeded to ignore me other than sending me automated failed connection emails. I have asked for a refund and raised a dispute with Paypal but they are refusing the refund. I am clearly not the only person who has been conned by this company
Refund
I joined Mobility to use their SIM card. I paid for everything, but did not have a good feeling about it. I searched the internet and found negative reviews. I immediately wrote to Mobility requesting a full refund. I was informed that it takes 30 days to receive a refund. Well over 30 days has gone by and I have yet to hear anything. Luckily, I placed the charge on my credit card and it is being disputed. I do not recommend this company for the way they deal with their customers. Empty promises.
