I have been involved with the Men of Action (MOA) Mentoring program for the past several months now, and I can say with the utmost confidence that this program goes above & beyond other programs that tend to only focus on one or two areas for growth.
MOA Mentoring, with its vast array of coaches who are subject matter experts (SMEs) in areas of photography, building social circles, increasing men’s literary acumen, developing ones public speaking & relational skills, & teaching financial literacy, is in a class by itself.
Along with its founder, Michael Sartain, who personally produced and recorded all the modules of the program, my own coach, Casey Herzog, has been a stellar mentor and a huge help. Not only is he an SME in the field of photography and video production, he is also a coach who listens & understands your strengths, your weaknesses, and knows how to help you achieve the goals you set for yourself, as well as others that you may not have ever considered.
Additionally, Casey always welcomes your questions, input, etc., and like all the other coaches, wants to help you as much as possible and sets aside weekly Zoom meetings as well as one-on-one time for a more personalized experience.
If you’ve been searching for a mentoring program, I highly recommend the one that MOA Mentoring offers.

Its life changing. As long as you follow the directions, theres no way you can't improve yourself. You have to put in the work, but its worth it

Men of Action is Hands Down the Best Mentoring Program I have ever taken Part In. The program is so incredibly thorough.

This course is life changing. I'm not the same person I was before joining, and I don't see the world the same way. My coach John has pushed me to expand my horizons and I've made so many new friends (and female friends) that my old life is unrecognisable. The levelling up has been great but the values and inner strength I've learned from Michael are the real game changer.

Great books, great coaching, a journey in self improvement

Michael is on the calls twice a week and they go on for three hours sometimes with him answering all Qs. This is rare in my experience! Plus all the extra coaching you get from Michael and real dudes ACTUALLY walking the talk. (You can literally verify what they're doing from checking out their IGs!) Shout out Casey Herzog! This program was a life-changer for me!

I am 61 years old and signed up for MOA in August of 2024. It's been a terrific experience. My coach is Casey Herzog, but I have access to all the coaches, including Michael Sartain, the founder. I have met all the guys, and they all know me by name.

The experience continues to be terrific. While I am naturally outgoing, it has helped me refine my profile - and has helped me in dating and in the business world. Just an outstanding experience.

To me the main thing starts with Michaels passion. It has filtered throughout all of MOA. The coaches (mine was Casey) keep it going by sharing their experiences and how they have over come any issue. Casey has given suggestions and challenges to keep me focused on my goals. It feels like I have know him all my life. The biggest challenge is trying to speed up the program. Follow the program and do the work will produce the results you want!

I’ve had an excellent experience with MOA. The program has challenged me in all the right ways and given me tools I’ve been needing for years. As a busy business owner and engineer, I’ve struggled in the past with relationships and finding the right people to connect with. MOA opened my eyes to a whole new world, especially how to use social media not just for dating, but also for building meaningful business relationships and expanding my network.

The system takes real effort, consistency, and focus, but the results are worth it. The coaching keeps me accountable and on track, and the community makes the journey easier and more motivating. While not every step is a win, MOA helps you reset, keep going, and move closer to your goals.

I highly recommend MOA for anyone who wants to grow their social presence, expand their business network, or surround themselves with high-value people. It’s been a game-changer for me.

The MOA Mentoring program is packed with value! For starters, you get a video series with dozens of hours of content teaching you just about everything you need to know to build a thriving social life.

However, the value of the video content is not what makes the program so effective. It’s that you immediately get access to the entire network of other MOA members from all walks of life who are trying to level up their lives just like you. You have multiple opportunities each week to engage in group calls via Zoom where you will discuss you successes and failures, and ask any questions you may have to the coaches who are also present including Michael Sartain himself.

You also get a personal one-on-one coach who will meet with you once a week via Zoom call, and in those calls you will get much more personalized life advice. Your personal coach will work with your personal strengths and weaknesses to tailor your growth to you.
This is not a one size fits all solution.

If you want to level up in life, this is the program for you.

It actually works. Just follow the program. You have to put in the work but if you follow all the steps exactly as they say to do I was surprised by the results.

I’ve had such a positive experience with John through Men of Action Mentoring. Even though my start in the program was slower than I hoped because of work demands and injuries, John never stopped supporting me. He’s been patient, encouraging, and consistent in checking in on me. Instead of pressuring me, he’s always found ways to keep me motivated and reminded me of the bigger picture.

What I appreciate most is that John sees where I’m at and meets me there — while still challenging me to grow. His support has made all the difference in helping me stick with the program and keep moving forward despite setbacks.
