Recently moved house and got my loft done with mk loft boarding. In our previous house we used instaloft and wasn’t impressed with the quality of the work and the overall customer service. Couldn’t be happier with mk loft boarding. Steve worked non stop for like 10 hours on his own to get the job done and it is perfect. He was also incredibly friendly and professional. Price was reasonable also. If you are local just go with these guys there’s no point going with anyone else

From the initial enquiry through to completion, the service from MK Loft Boarding was professional, efficient and exceptionally well organised. The SMS updates, clear communication and automated billing demonstrates a company that has really embraced technology to enhance the customer experience.

The team boarded the whole loft, and installed a larger loft hatch with a high-quality ladder, working tirelessly throughout the heatwave with focus and dedication. Their pride in their workmanship and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the installation, and the quality of the finished result is outstanding.

I cannot recommend MK Loft Boarding highly enough.

I was under the impression that it was the whole loft that was being boarded.
I did not realise that if was just the central part of the loft.
This only came to light on the day of installation, which was very disappointing for me.
The cost of boarding a small central part of my loft is too expensive.
I feel ripped off!

Throughout, Babs kept me fully informed with regular updates at each stage, which was really reassuring.

The fitters, Mark and Warren, were excellent—professional, friendly, efficient, and respectful of my home. They kept disruption to a minimum, got on with the job, and provided progress updates as they worked.

Great service and communication from first enquiry to installation

After many years pondering, I finally decided to have my loft boarded and fit a new loft ladder and hatch. There are many companies to choose from and it can be confusing, however in the end I went with MK Loft Boarding, I have to say this company is excellent, from the first enquiry to completion of works, quick, efficient and very tidy, I had no mess to clear up and apart from painting the loft hatch , no decoration needed. If you are thinking of getting your loft boarded, do not hesitate give MK Loft Boarding a call. If I knew it was going to be this easy with no major buildings works and mess, I would of had this done years ago. Thankyou to all the MK Boarding team your are fantastic!

Great service. Had a quote done quickly, it was easy and flexible so I could tailor it to what I needed. They came and fitted on Saturday to reduce the lead time so great flexibility. Steve who came and fitted was very helpful, polite and went above and beyond by fitting additional boarding, cutting my old header tank up to get it out the loft hatch and fitted my loft ladder all at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish the whole process was so so easy. Quoting was clear and transparent, with options provided beyond what we thought we needed and were welcome suggestions - not in any way pushy or salesy. Just genuine people, who got the job done to a high standard.
