mesh breathable ball bag
I purchased a new mesh breathable ball bag which I was looking forward to using ( yes I know it’s a bit sad ) however after using it twice with only 10 balls in the bag and not 12 the carrying handle snapped. My old mitre bag had a double strap that carried 12 balls which has lasted me 6 years but this new one has one handle and as I said it just snapped but came away from the very bottom where it clearly wasn’t stitched properly. Such a shame and a shame I didn’t buy from mitre direct otherwise I guess they would of sent me a replacement

Sent a pro ball with so many flaws. Return process is ridiculous and incredibly inconvenient to the buyer, zero effort from Mitre to correct the issues.
