Brilliant service!
We were planning our kitchen for 2 years in total with covid hitting and delaying everything!!
We visited the showroom 2 years ago and found our worktop! Megan has been a great help along the way.
We had our worktops fitted by Cris and Nic this week and it doesn’t feel like our house any more! It feels like a show house kitchen!
I would highly recommend mister marble and the whole team who we have have been in contact with have been happy to help and great. They turned up at the times they said when taking out the survey and fitting the worktops which means a lot to us.
Some companies can be quite pushy with what they feel you should have but there was none of this with the Mister Marble team.

Kirsty at Mister marble was super helpful when we visited the showroom to choose our quartz. It really helps when you see it in a large piece, so much easier to visualise in your own kitchen. The whole process was seamless but the biggest plus for us was the 2 fitters Gavin and Scott - we are actually blown away by their precise cutting and the perfect bookend match of the vein running through the Calcutta quartz! They were so meticulous in their work and did an utterly stunning job. Can’t big up these two amazing stone masons enough. It’s all down to the installation ;)

From the moment we walked into the showroom to our fitting Mistermarble were both reliable and professional. We had our new worktops within a week of the measurements being taken. The worktop is amazing and we could not be happier. Thank you so much for making our experience so positive.

I have chosen MisterMarble after one of my friend has recommended. Got fitted 3 pieces of Pure White Quartz worktop for our new large kitchen. Team in Aylesbury are very helpful and customer oriented. Product quality is excellent. I got a good deal in terms of price. It was a good decision to go for solid worktop with a little bit extra money. Fitters arrived in time, they called me on the way informing exact time they will come. One of the wall was little bit curved, It has been difficult for the guys to fit the worktop but they did a great job, carefully adjusted the piece and fitted properly. Overall my experience with MisterMarble is exceptional. Thanks to the team for quality job they did. I highly recommend them.

It’s not hard is it? Doing something you say you are going to do. But how many times are we frustrated as customers by service? I dealt with Stacey at the Telford branch originally via the chat function online. The sample came within a day or two. The booking for the survey and installation was made quickly afterwards. I got confirmation phone calls a few days before each visit. The work was carried out perfectly by a team who turned up on time, created no mess and were friendly and approachable. The experience made me scratch my head why other companies can’t deliver these standards.

Recently had a quart worktop fitted on my kitchen island . Fantastic product , fantastic fitting, fantastic customer service . 100%

So thrilled we were recommended Mister marble. From the measuring to the fitting 2 days later, the service & professionalism was beyond comparison. Didn't feel rushed or pressured and all aspects of decisions were explained clearly
No hidden costs, in fact, following discussion and advice, the job cost less than the estimate!!!! Helpful & pleasant staff, from phones to fitters. Will happily recommend and will definately use mister marble again!!!!

I absolutely love our new granite worktops. It was a big decision for us and the service and care we received supported us all the way, from selecting a colour right through to installation. Everyone was so helpful, efficient and thorough. The fitting team were so careful to minimise disruption and cleaned along the way. It looks amazing and I am most grateful to you all.

We had a great experience getting our quartz worktops arranged, delivered and fitted. The staff at the headquarters were super helpful, always on the other end of the phone or email. Our fitters Gavin & Scott did a fantastic job, and dealt with a slight error in the survey with ease and efficiency. Very happy with the overall fit and finish of the worktops and wouldn't hesitate to go to Mistermarble again.

We are delighted with our new quartz worktops! Stacey and Kirsty at the Telford office were helpful and informative, guiding and advising us on our choice plus giving a clear quote. Gavin and Scott carried out the site survey efficiently and accurately then returned a few days later to instal our tops professionally, with no fuss or drama. Would highly recommend Mistermarble.

From start to finish the service received from Mister marble was flawless. The sales team were friendly, informative and easy to get hold of. I was able to ask any questions and they kept me up to date on any amendments that I needed.
On installation day the fitters were there when they said they were going to be, professional and efficient. They listened to my questions and gave me tips on how to look after my new worktops.
After having a complete refit with lots of different tradesman for various jobs, I can honestly say the team at Mister Marble were the best to deal with and were the only part of my refit to go without a hitch.
The worktops themselves look amazing. Really finish my kitchen off and so many people have commented on the quality. And the price was brilliant compared to other companies.
All in all, I'm really pleased with this company and would highly recommend if you are looking to change your worktops.

Amazing service from Mistermarble from start to finish. The sales girls are lovely and friendly, I liked that all prices were standard and everyone is paying the same for the same product no matter what car you drive or how much money they think they can make. The turn around was so quick and they were always at the other end of the phone when my kitchen fitted needed them to ask specific questions to the fitting. The fitters on the day were highly experiences and knew exactly what they were doing which made me feel so confident. The finish is amazing and would recommend this company to anyone!

Absolutely love my blizzard quartz 30m in my kitchen and utility room, just enough sparkle not to be tacky. Couldn't fault the service from office staff to the 2 hard working guys who installed it. It's my little piece of luxury in my old age. Thank you I'm a lucky lady

Excellent service from mister marble to office staff and installers beautifull job and the price very fair for the quartz worktops excellent company to deal with.

I did a quote online and when i spoke to them they said there might be some changes when actual template are done. they reviewed the quote and you expect a few hundred increase but not jumping from £2317.20 incl vat to £4233.60!!! very disappointing

Very professional service, from kitchen planning to fitting. Gavin and Scott are superb and my kitchen looks now absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

Great customer service and support. The countertops were made on site and fitted perfectly. Good range of quartzs and top quality. The finish is beautiful.
