If I could give them no stars, I would. I had ordered from them twice before and the contacts came within like two months, but the last time that I ordered was in October of 2025. I waited until December to try to reach out to them to ask where are my contacts?I ended up canceling my order in March 2026 because they kept telling me that my contacts would be in the next shipment and that they apologize for the long wait. They also said that they were gonna let me know who once the shipping information came out. I asked like, can you give me a real timeline since you should know roughly when the jext shipment will go out, which they never could give any sort of timeline.I realized that I do have astigmatism, so it is gonna take longer, but five months is way too long. I had moved out of the US 4 months after and still had not received my contacts even thought they chnaged the shipping address for me. I started to get nervous because I kept reading reviews and literally they were telling me the same exact thing that they were telling everyone else.So I ordered with paypal, and I got my money back. So please believe the reviews and beware... They used to be to be a amazing company, but I don't know if they got new owners or what but now I believe this is a whole scam. I reccommend to buy through paypal or maybe use a credit card or some company that has a guarantee of giving you your money back if you never get the product.

Terrible company very unprofessional. If something is out of stock they will not tell you. They will let you order wait a week then once you inquire about the order they tell you it’s out of stock

Horrible. I have not gotten my contacts, and it’s been 6 months. They keep saying they are in the process of getting my order. It’s been 6 months! On top of that, they are saying I can’t get a refund because production started. Don’t want to, but I’m just going to end up having to dispute this month .

Ordered contacts in October 2025 and I am yet to receive them. I have asked for a refund and they have refused. They use stalling tactics to delay the process so you no longer can chargeback from your bank. Please do not order from this company.

So I found them by accident when I was initially searching for lenses to wear with my Astigmatism for Halloween back in 2024. I ordered the lenses. I received them after Halloween around early November, granted I found and ordered them in maybe September. So I said ok. I understood it would take time. Last year 2025 I ordered a different set, and also August 13 thinking I would definitely have them by halloween. Sadly not. It is now January 13 and I still don't have them. Contacted them, beginning October, again in November and December. No satisfactory outcome. No money returned and no refund. Waste of time and effort

I have made peace that they have scammed me but inwoint let them scam anyone else. Going to all the review sites and given them 1 star. It's unfortunate that you can't give any lower than that!! 9 months!! That's how long my order had taken!! Everytime it's some BS excuse about customs or production lines. Now they have switched to AI generated auto responses. I know they are based in Korea and I have made a formal complaint to "econsumer gov"
If enough of us report them they will be shut down!!

UPDATE!!
After months of pestering them about my refund. They agreed to a partial refund and they would ship my lenses..I didn't want any of that and they agree to a full refund..that's when I realised their sneakiness!!Since my transaction was more than 180 days old, my payment provider cannot claim the amount from the Marchant and I have to file a claim on small claims court!! They knew what they are doing delaying orders!! If your order is nearing 180 days please cancel!! That way you will get your refund!!

On Sept 9, I went thru their website and checked production time & shipping time plus on top of that I emailed their customer service to ask for advise as I really needed a colored contact lens for an event tonight, Oct 28.

The cust service said that if I purchase that day itself that I should have enough time and this is backed up by the information on their website. So I placed an order Sept 10.

Their website says that Toric lenses Regular Shipping: 28–35 business days - this is bec of production - which I understand. Today is the 48th day and there's still no shipping information and today is the event!

On top of this, their refund policy states that you can request for a refund within 30 days and I've been asking for a refund since Sept 29 (which is 19 days since I placed my order) but no refund was given.

Please please please stay away from this seller! Where else can I report them?

I love them at first but I didnt get my contact lens for the last 4 months. They continued to deduct money into my account despite requesting for a refund and I have been trying to cancel but its not allowing me online. It’s also hard to reach their no. It seems everythinf is They gave me same excuses thats its top priority and arriving soon but its almost 5 months now and still the same.

If I could give it 0 stars. I would, I placed an order for contacts almost 5 months ago and when I reach out to them it's always the same excuse as it's still in production and that my order is prioritized, which was said to me several times starting 3 months ago. They look like they have a beautiful line of toric lenses which I waa happy that they make them but they can't seem to have the company fulfill it.. i did a subcription and they took out 3 payments before I even got any lenses. Do not waste your time with this company. Buyer beware.

I wish I can give this company ZERO STARS. I’ve been fighting back and forth since May about my Toric contacts. I’ve been wanting a refund and they said I was not eligible for it. I recently received my order with the incorrect description on my toric lenses. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. It’s September and waiting since May is a complete joke. Their customer service does not care about concerns or your order.

Everything about my order has been a disaster. I ordered my contacts May 19th 2025 have yet to receive them. I have reached out to them several times requesting a refund yet I keep receiving a generic response on how they can't refund me because contacts a re custom made at this stage they have not been made as they have not even fulfilled the order nor sent me any tracking info. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY USE SOMEONE MORE TRUST WORTHY AS THEY ARE NOT IT.

Don’t order from this company it’s a scam. I had to dispute my chargers with the bank it’s been 3 months I haven’t recieved my contacts this a sad ass company honestly.

The only thing I got from them are spam mails. And after I wanted to cancel my subscription, the only way to do so if via mail. I think that's very sus. I ordered my lenses on 16th of January, but I only got ONE email about my track and trace and when I fill in my order no. It can never find my order. When I try to email sales, I got man's plained that the lenses takes 21-28 to make... Okay, but then why send me an email that I could use track and trace? Also the 21-28 days were long overdue. Luckily for me, I paid through PayPal and just opened a dispute and got refunded by PayPal.

I ordered toric contact lenses on the 23 Sep 24 Todate I have not received them. I paid for package protection and they will not give me a refund. So why pay for package protection. They say once they hand over the parcel for delivery it’s no longer their liability The company is just a SCAM!

They REFUSE to give their customers a refund when they do not manage their inventory and will do everything in their power to hold on to every penny. Will never buy from this company again!!!

I actually have gotten lenses from them before but that took +2 months. This is my second time ordering and it's following what everyone else is saying. I don't know what happened but it's definitely giving more scam vibes now as they're not telling me when to expect my order, it keeps being delayed "due to unforeseen events" and just apologizing with no actions or follow through. I ordered in October.

I ordered lenses from Misaki on September 1st and started a subscription. More than 3 months have passed at this point, and I still haven't received anything from them. They promise the order to be delivered within 28 to 35 business days, but that deadline passed on October 18th. They told me that they finally shipped my order on November 19th (one month after I should have received it!). It's December 4th today (the 69th business day since the first order), but the tracking page still says "Shipment Information Received" (meaning the actual package wasn't even picked up from Misaki), the tracking number is not real (17track can't find it) and Misaki website says "We couldn't find your order". The support can't explain anything, so I'm pretty sure now that I've been scammed.

They place you on a subscription charge you and don’t send out orders. They have horrible customer service . Do not buy and do not subscribe.

I have an email thread going back for three months. They kept replying with emails that were vague and not specific on the date I am expected. Then I caught them out when they replied with an exact word for word copy of an email they wrote me four cycles back… it reads:

I have since raised a dispute with my bank on the transaction and I hope to get my money bank. This is so bad that they are preying on individuals that need their contacts in a timely manner. I hope the authorities will do something about this site.

I honestly should've went on here before I ordered through them.

They are extremely inhuman and have zero empathy.

Ordered colored toric lenses in SEPTEMBER 2022 and still haven't received them. I had to reach out to them in October to find out what's going on only to be met with extreme rudeness. After a long email chain of back and forth with them convincing me to compensate me with another color for free(big mistake should've just let them pay me back) I got mail that I was gonna receive the packages with original AND compensation lenses in the beginning of February IF I PAID COSTUMER DECLARATION FIRST. So I did.

No surprise that the package didn't contain my original order but only the compensated lenses that I'm pretty sure are just regular colored lenses without any adjustment cause I can't see sh** in them.

I ask them where my original lenses are and wo and behold they fkn lost them and are now refusing to pay me back and just want to send another pair and let me pay another costumer declaration.

Don't use this sh** ass company, just spend your money on something useful in a real store.

Would give zero stars if possible.
