⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service!

I had a very smooth experience creating my UK company with Mint Formations. The entire process was clear, professional, and well organized from start to finish.

Quick service. However a lot of repetition when requesting for verifying documents. This can be very annoying.

Brilliant service from Carol Watkins who quickly replied to my questions and explained how to use their services. She was clear, responsive, and led me through the process, step by step.
In the end, the online forms were straightforward and I received what I had wanted. The price was very reasonable too.
Overall, I would highly recommend this service.

I am the Director of a UK company (15119276). My experience with Mint Formations was a total disaster.

First, their website is broken. After I paid, I was met with a blank "Thank You" page. I received no order number and no confirmation email. My application didn't move for nearly 12 hours until I had to chase their support myself to prove I had already paid.

Second, they are incompetent at identifying international directors. Because I have a common name (Muhammad Nadeem), they claimed I appeared as a "match" on a Sanctions list. Despite me being a verified customer of Tide Bank UK and PayPal,who have already cleared my ID, Mint Formations refused to listen. Even when I told them it was a "false positive" name match, they claimed they "conducted checks" and refused to proceed, essentially sticking to a false accusation because they couldn't be bothered to manually verify my Date of Birth against the list.

They wasted my time during a critical filing deadline. I went to Icon Offices instead, who verified the exact same ID manually and issued my Companies House code immediately. Mint Formations is unprofessional, and their "checks" are a joke. Do not trust them with your business or your reputation; you will have to wait 5-7 days for a refund, too.

I had trouble verifying my identity using the Gov one app, I was recommended to mint formations, I paid the small fee and a lady called Mary Franklin was in touch within 30 mins, 2 hours later my identity was verified it was a quick and easy process.

I got a faster answer and everything was done so fast and easy with the help of Jennifer

I almost got scammed, I got prompted by Google that the website name might be wrong, "mintformation.co.uk" I didnt thought much about it, but then after another look, there is another company called "mintformations.co.uk", no difference in look or wording, just missing "S" in URL. You might be legit, but I dont know which one, so choosing neither. Be careful out there!!

I have never had any problems with Ms. Mary in accomplishing her LLC formation duties in a professional manner.

After countless attempts to get ID Verification, all without success, I came across Mint Formations. After looking at some reviews and their own very impressive Website, I decided to give them a call.
The call was answered almost immediately, and I was speaking to Peter Wilson. Peter was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and guided me in a manner I could not have envisaged, all without pressure or mention of money. I already knew that the charge of £19.00 + VAT was so reasonable, so the combination made the chat easy and friendly.
That was on 9th February.
By early afternoon on 11 February, Peter had been doing exactly what he said he would....and emailed me to let me know the Verification was complete, borne out by (at last) confirmation from Companies House.
