A very nice lady named Donika helped us find what we were looking for and she was very friendly and helpful and had a brilliant sense of humour.
We could not ask for more than that … our intentions was to look around and leave go somewhere else but instead we ended up buying the things we wanted.

Always very punctual
Always very punctual. I have never bought from anyone else - I have a Nickel allergy so I have to buy gold and I have never had a problem with Minar.

Amazing customer service! My jewelry piece was stolen and Minar Jewellers took care of it by investigation, dealing with the postal service and then sending me a replacement! Amazing company and they really take care of their customers!

Amazing service and quality
I recently purchased a nose stud from Minar Jewellers, and I couldn’t be happier! The quality is exceptional—beautifully crafted and so comfortable to wear.
Their website is user-friendly, with detailed measurements and descriptions that made choosing the piece so much easier.
What really impressed me was the thoughtful packaging. The nose stud came sealed in a protective bag, placed in a beautiful box, and they even included an alcohol swab to clean my piercing area. Such a considerate touch!
Will definitely recommend them.

Selling old jewellery
I was a bit apprehensive about going to sell my old jewellery. I needn't have worried as they were very professional at Minars. Donika helped us with such knowledge and efficiency. Everything went smoothly and we were finished within half an hour. Thoroughly recomend them.

Professional and efficient - highly recommend
Highly recommend Minar Jewellers to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service.
The whole team were professional and Pravin Pattni who dealt with us is a highly knowledgeable professional.
He explained the whole process and was transparent. He followed up to keep me updated throughout the process exactly as he had explained.

We would like to give a very special thank you to Pravin and Jaysal for our amazing experience at Minar jewellers. Over the course of several months I worked with the amazing team at Minar to create an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I sent over the designs I wanted and Pravin was so amazing and very responsive and flexible, offering me a range of options within my price range. The communication of the Minar team is excellent and they were able to facilitate every request I had for the ring.
When we went to collect the ring, Pravin did not disappoint and the ring looked very beautiful. I am so thankful to Pravin and the Minar team for making the collection of the ring itself, such a personal and meaningful experience.
I am so very grateful of the outcome and the finished ring was unbelievable beautiful. Whilst shopping for the engagement ring we visited a few jewellers but none offered such a personal and meaningful experience as Minar’s and none were as flexible with all requests I had. We will happily come back again and I would recommend Minar’s to anyone. Thank you again so much to Pravin and the Minar team!

Minar Jewellers displayed such a wonderful, personalised customer service. Daxesh who assisted in regards to selling my gold jewellery provided exceptional service. Great customer service makes all the difference. Daxesh took his time to explain about the charities Minar Jewellers support i was very touched by this. He was warm, knowledgeable, kind and professional. Everyone at Minar jewellers had smile on their faces and were very helpful which helps to grow the business and attract more customers. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly
Pravin and his staff are always excellent. They are polite and professional and always willing to help.
