Bought this as a Prom gown for my grand daughter. It came right on time. The gown color is just as beautiful as described and the material is gorgeous. Fit was perfect going by the size chart. A very happy grand daughter!

Dress is lovely and fits well. Shipping took a little longer than usual but worth the wait. I really love this dress. The fit is great if you make sure to use the size chart. The design is the exact same as the photos. I would 100% recommend getting it if you really like the dress.

I am a very disappointed customer. I ordered a dress for my daughters prom. It wasnt going to turn up on time so i spoke to a virtual person vial email 'live chat' they said due to the making and shipping it is not going come on time. And can she go to another prom ect...then i cancelled only to be told part refund . I guess that was better than nothing. But nope they sent the dress. No returns labels or invoice...no refund for me 179.00 down and no dress for daughters prom as it came way too late...i went out and bought another dress else where so she got her prom in the end. They now reckon it came on time. It is also way too late to send back. Sadly the dresses are beautiful but hopefully no young girls or brides end up disapointed. Thank you

I have gotten three dresses are Milly bridal I definitely recommend this place their address or phenomenal and they have great prices you will not be disappointed I will be ordering again soon

Stunning. So pleased with the dress. Can't wait to wear it on party. Perfect color, well made, so glad I took the time to measure correctly, fits like a glow. Took 3 weeks from order and was bit twitchy, but will definitely recommend.

Came in on time

I have been looking for a specific style of shoe for my wedding (due to medical issues with my feet), and have been really struggling to find the shoe I need so when I saw that Millybridal had a shoe that pretty much ticked all the boxes I placed an order, the website seemed okay and the picture of the shoes looked fairly nice.

When the shoes arrived, they looked cheap and box arrived squished. They also didn't fit at all, and if I were to wear them all day they would definitely cut into my skin.

I reached out to Millybridal to request a return, explaining the shoes didn't fit as expected and they have been nothing but obstructive since.They first replied to my email stating I couldn't return a dress - which is fine... expect I wasn't wanting to return a dress.

They told me that they state on the website that shoes cannot be returned. Nowhere on the item listing, nor on the email I received confirming my order did it state that these shoes cannot be returned and when I checked the general returns policy on their website it doesn't not state that either. They only place it states that items that don't fit can't be returned is items made to order.

They've also told me to take my item to a tailor, at my own cost, to rectify the issue - however I fail to see how I can have shoes resized?

I do not believe that they have been entirely clear, and nowhere on their policy does it specifically state items such as shoes cannot be returned or refunded.

I have raised this with paypal so still hoping to get my money back.

I would absolutely avoid this company - they are a total sham, and con!

The dress came to me in good condition and was beautiful. I got a lot of compliments! Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, I've already recommended many friends, and I can definitely see myself using shopping here again!

JUST AMAZING

Ordered my daughter's prom dress - it arrived in a carrier bag! safe to say it did not match the picture on the website - they did get back to my email complaining quickly but the matter was not resolved - they would not take the dress back and they would not refund the money. The dress was made well but did look nothing like the picture and my daughter was very upset and we have had to look elsewhere for a suitable prom dress - and after already spending close to £130 on this one she has to settle for a less expensive one. We are all very upset and disappointed and would definitely not use them again.

After my last review on how shocking the dress from milly bridal was they contacted me and offered assistance. No assistance was given and no response was made! This is purely to show face on Trustpilot!
The prom dress I ordered for my daughter was horrendous poor quality different shape, design and pattern.
I really don’t know how you get away with ripping hard working people off like this it’s disgraceful.
DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF YOUR NOT SATISFIED DISGRACEFUL!

I can not recommend this company enough. I ordered a dress and I was panicking as I’ve been let down by other companies in the past and I was very sceptical however this company delivered big time!!! Beautiful dress excellent customer service and day by day update of where the dress was once it shipped. Tracking number everything 100% recommend this company, quality is amazing. Fits perfect. Material is a dream. Love love love it. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I've had this dress for a while now. Although it's a late review, I will just say I absolutely love love my dress!! I've worn it many times and every time I've received lovely compliments. The material feels luxurious and the chiffon flows so elegantly. You feel luxurious in it! It's very beautiful. Many thanks to MillyBridal for service and delivery. I ordered this dress to wear to my daughters party, and it is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly.the dress looks just like the picture. I would definitely recommend MillyBridal to my family and friends.

The dresses were of excellent quality my daughter looked lovely in it. I purchased two dresses which one daughter Do you not attend Due to Last-minute changes however we kept both dresses and my daughter will be wearing it in a pageant. What I loved about the dresses is that they leave enough material to allow for alterations. I purchased a steel gray spaghetti strap for the oldest, And a black Off the shoulder with train for the youngest. My suggestion to anyone purchasing Would be to have appropriate measurements done or order one size up and order In time to receive the dress on time and to have time for alterations if necessary. I can honestly say that you’ll love your purchase.

The dress is beautiful, as shown in the images. I chose it blue pool and it is very beautiful. It is a pity that you can not choose the colors by looking at pictures of the complete dress. Regarding the measures of the dress, I have a bit big, but thats okay because its also quite long and Ill have to cut a little bit. I am very happy with the purchase.

This dress was amazing! All I could ever have wanted. I got compliments all night at prom! Also I ordered mine quite last minute and the MillyBridal team worked to make sure I had it before the date I needed it and I ended up with it much earlier than I thought. I would recommend this dress to anyone!

The zip on my dress burst ONE HOUR before my prom; which meant I had to go wearing my friends cousins dress and was left feeling horrible all night. After I explained this, I was told it was unreturnable. So I am now £130 out of pocket. Terrible company. It is a disgrace I cannot get a refund because of THEIR terrible quality.

Beware!! Lovely dress, but my daughter couldn’t bend in it due to the design. We’d picked an off the peg size, size 6, rather than sending in her measurements as we thought the design might be an issue and wanted to return it if necessary. Have now realised- should have triple checked the wording- that made to order applies to all their dresses and they consider them all bespoke and therefore NON RETURNABLE. When you look at the dresses it does state made to order but then underneath explains the returns policy and how to return dresses ( you can’t actually return anything on their website unless it is damaged) just all needs to be a lot clearer. Be sure to not order unless absolutely certain you won’t want to return
