I was nervous booking with Million Routes as I had not heard of them before. However, due to other positive reviews, I went with them and was INCREDIBLY happy with the experience!

I would very happily recommend to others.

Pros:
+ Very easy to book with them, immediate confirmation
+ Clear instructions about what to expect
+ No hidden costs
+ Provided the best rate on the market as I could find
+ The driver was prompt, on time, right there when we had landed
+ He was friendly, helpful with the bags, and drove very safely
+ It was overall a very easy experience
+ Mid-trip, we changed our dates and I needed to cancel my return - the customer service was absolutely incredible with this, they had such fast responses and I was refunded quickly without any questioning or headache
+ That experience made me so appreciative of their service which was already great, I will definitely be using again

Although the vehicles were rough/poor shape, the drivers - their professionalism and helpfulness - made up for it. And for the price it is very much worth it.

Booked online for our return journey to Palma airport. Received an email prior to pickup time to advise on driver’s details. Driver turned up on time and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I WAS BOOKED WITH FULL payment transfer from Madeira airport. It was done 3 month before. After payment completed I contacted with agent if they can confirm reservation. They replied that everything is fine. It was night in the airport, and once I called local driver they replied that no reservation on my name and no reservation number registered in their system. So I took local taxi 2x price after 1 hour spent for clarify what's wrong with kid at night. Next day they just said sorry there was some mistake in our system and we can cancel you reservation. So nobody competing me stress situation and local taxi driver cost. Please do not use this company

The taxi service was excellent arrived on time to pick us up and got us to the airport in good time also the price was very reasonable the driver was very good and helpful would recommend

Used the transfer for the second time.
Perfectly organized.
Transportation perfectly on time.

We booked transport from the airport to our hotel with Million Routes and paid 134 euros for a large transporter for 5 travelers.
When we arrived, there was no one at the designated stand. Other drivers from the same industry ended up helping us get in touch with Million Routes. One person from the company did show up, but couldn’t do anything to help.

When we called the “emergency number,” we were told that the driver had supposedly waited for 1.5 hours, tried calling us, and then left. This is simply not true — we landed on time, picked up our luggage without delay, and went straight to the meeting point. We received no calls, and the driver could not possibly have waited that long.

On our second call, we were told that no drivers were available and that we would have to find our own solution. We therefore paid an additional 60 euros to get to our hotel.

Return trip:
The driver arrived late and showed up in a regular taxi, so we might as well have taken a taxi both ways and actually saved money.

We contacted customer service and asked for a refund for the missed transfer. They refunded 25 euros — and that was it.

Conclusion:
2 stars, because we did at least get picked up on the return trip. But this is not a company I will ever use again or recommend to others.

The website was so easy to use, our first driver greeted us at the airport and was very friendly, great with the kids and even gave us a mini guided tour & information about the island and surrounding Canary Islands as he drove us to the hotel. Both taxis were immaculately clean and air conditioned; and the children’s car seats were both safe and again spotlessly clean. Our pickup to take us back to the airport again was there on time (if not early which was weldomed) and again we were greeted with a friendly driver, with another immaculate and air conditioned taxi, which again had safe car seats for the kids. You do pay a little more than what you would off the taxi rank, but honestly the extra money was 100% worth it. Would absolutely reccomend them to anyone, especially anyone travelling with small children.
