I have just returned home from a visit to the Worthing store and could not be happier with my new boots. I walked in not knowing what I wanted/needed but with the knowledgeable advice and incredible customer service from Kay I know that I have exactly what I need.

Great selection of products and really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I managed to get a brilliant pair of new walking boots, very pleased. Also amazing discounts in the sale and offers on other helpful items, so I got a real bargain too. I recommend this store.

Kay was brilliant and helped me order a new jacket online as the colour and size I wanted wasn’t available in store

The service we received from Ellie and Kay today at Worthing Millets was superb. I went with my brother who is visually impaired to get him some walking shoes for a sponsored work. Kay got Ellie to help us out. Both of them were professional, helpful, knowledgable and above all patient and kind. Fantastic experience.

The staff were very helpful and there was a good range of sale price items available.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Unfortunately didn't take their name, but the lady who is also a scout leader was very helpful.

Really good customer service, afraid I don't know the gentleman's name, as I brought back a pair of waterproof shoes that had leaked, replaced them for me without question and helped as I tried on further pairs.
