Helpful sales assistant named Kay, found the trainers for me to try on, when I presented with a discount code to use that was out of date , she asked if I belonged to any other organisation eg National Trust, when I showed proof she gave me 15% discount. Most people would have just said hard luck and I wouldn’t have got a discount. I would recommend the shop and staff.

Worthing Store: Not only were the staff very knowledgeable and helpful, I saw them go the extra mile with an elderly gentleman who was exhausted and needed to rest. They sat him down and chatted to him, listening with compassion to his struggles. That kind of experience is what sets this team apart and I left with a great deal on sandals and a smile. Ellie, in particular, made sure that my selection was right for me. Exceptional team!

Very helpful staff member (young woman) took my phone enquiry, checked stock and held my tent until I could pick it up.

Shaun was very helpful this morning, we brought two sets of boots this morning and only needed one he was so good. Best place in town for outdoor wear. Staff are always polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Served by Ellie, a very polite young shop assistant who was very helpful. My dog loved her thanks to the treat she was given.

Made a mistake with my purchase & went in the following morning to make an addition to my order. There was a member of staff called Ellie who bent over backwards to make sure our needs were met. A refreshing change to have a friendly knowledgeable member of staff these days working in retail sales

Shaun (branch manager) was super helpful & very patient whilst assisting me make my purchase. I am a Guide Leader and we were lucky enough to be awarded a large grant for new camping equipment. When I went in store to order/purchase, two of the items (I wanted to multiple of) had gone out of stock. He helped me to source alternatives, calculating the prices & offers, so I could maximise the spending of the grant in full. When the online order was processed through the till it calculated cheaper, so he helped me do a second order so all the grant was spent. Everything was ordered & delivered promptly with no issues and we love what we ordered! We are looking forward to Guide camp in our new tents, with our new trolleys & cool bags etc in a couple of weeks! Thanks Shaun!

I was looking to buy a particular jacket and the friendly helpful assistant Lily was happy to let me try a couple of sizes on to find the best fit.

Lily was very helpful and polite in sorting out some walking boots for an old bloke on the hottest day of the year.

I made a impulse buy of sandals that were displayed outside the shop. Lily served me efficiently and we had a nice conversation about about weather in different areas.

Went to Millets to buy some walking shoes and was extremely pleased with the service I received. A young man called Shaun was very helpful, informative and patient as I tried on about 4pairs of shoes. I chose a pair which were the most reasonable of them all and I’m very pleased with them. Also at the checkout a lady called Kay even gave my dog a treat! Great shop.
