Excellent customer service from Sarah. She couldn’t have done more.

Kai was very helpful in the choice of walking shoes. He is knowledgable about the product and generous with his time to explain the pros and cons of different makes. A good shopping experience.

I went in to Woking Millets to look at walking boots. I have small but wide feet. Kamilla was very knowledgable, helpful and patient, getting out several pairs of shoes and waiting whilst I wandered around the shop trying them out. Eventually bought a pair of Hi-Tec leather boots and they are comfortable and perfect for the wet, snowy weather we have been having recently. I also received useful care instructions for my boots. I always get a good service in Woking, especially for boots.

As ever the service in Woking was excellent. Kai sorted out the right Peter Storm walking boots for me which will be delivered to my home free of charge.

We went in there today hoping to tick off a load off stuff needed for my upcoming DofE and Kia was in there to help us even though he was the only employee in there at the time he still did an amazing job.

Sarah was very polite and helpful.

I walk inside the shop because i love the items here , they have good quality products and you always feel welcome with their sales assistants . They always offer help . Today Sarah is assisting me and she is very helpful.

I went in to buy a pair of walking boots, not sure which to buy, Sarah advised buying a leather pair. She was very patient with me whilst I tried two different sizes.
I would definitely shop at Millets in Woking again.

Went looking for a self-inflating double airbed, Leah was very helpful and although the item was out of stock she showed me an alternative manual-inflation airbed which was on sale/in clearance and was at a really good price, she and her colleague (who’s name I didn’t catch) were both very friendly and helpful in assisting any way they could, also showing me a half price discount on batteries, an item I’d planned on getting elsewhere but with the discount were cheaper here.

The shop is small so their selection is necessarily limited. But the service from Sarah was excellent and I left with several things I needed.

My feet are wide and finding decent fitting footwear is a pain. Went to Woking Millets for walking shoes and was immediately offered assistance by Hannah. I had her running to and fro with different styles and sizes, but nothing was too much trouble for her. Through her patience and politeness I finally came to a decision. This girl is a credit to the store.
