Great variety of clothes and excellent customer service
Great variety of clothes, with full clothing range.
We were in the store quite a while and receive a brilliant, knowlegable service from Amy, Ruby and Stephen.
Nice to be able to come into a store and not have to shop online and receive 1 2 1 customer service

Sarah the assistant couldn’t do enough for us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with us and nothing was too much trouble.
I would highly recommend them for all outdoor wear and shoes

Helpful friendly staff
I had to return a gilet that I had purchased in April from Millets in Southend on sea, was served by Zoe the manager and another assistant, amazing service, so helpful and friendly, would recommend this shop if you want friendly personal service, they both went above and beyond to be of assistance, love this shop!

Fantastic shop
Fantastic shop! Been around as long as Gods dog. Always friendly and helpful at my store in Southend-on-sea and every other of their stores I’ve visited for that matter. This morning I purchased a tent and got a great deal and was very happy with the customer service (something that is increasingly scarce these days).
