I wanted to buy my 88 year old dad some walking sandals. I’d seen the Black Friday offer online but was in Newquay so decided to see if they had them in store, I needed them in 2 days for my dad’s birthday! No luck but Kayleigh the sales assistant went out of her way to ring the Bodmin store to see if they were in stock . Thankyou for all your help, you saved the day!

The staff were very helpful. They told us that we could buy what we wanted even though it was out of stock and they would deliver it free of charge to our house. The delivery was prompt and issue free.

We were served by Nick while on holiday last week when my husband left his stick in the services on the way there. He went above and beyond to find an appropriate stick for him. Very pleased with the service, he's a credit to the store. Thank you again.

I bought a mid layer, light fleece, with quarter zip, and a hooded, full zip fleece jacket. Millet's own brand OEX, and very nice fit, in bright colours.
Come on Millets! Enough of the boring black colours in menswear, let's have more bright colours for men, in clothes, and shoes.

I was pleased to find Holly at Millets a week ago. I needed some new joggers and she was very patient and helpful. I am very happy with my shoes and didn’t have any wearing in issues. You have a wonderful person in Holly. She is a Gem.

Purchased an inflatable tent in Newquay branch.
This did not arrive and did have to go on holiday without it. No explanation from Millets head office or customer care which was diabolical.
Staff at Newquay branch were fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful, especially manager Sarah S who went to exceptional lengths to resolve situation. I am a regular customer of Newquay branch and will continue to be. Now wary of purchasing any large items due to supply issues. Ordered product on September 7th. Not available to collect until October 2nd.

We bought two Berghaus Maitland jackets, replacing two older styles bought 17 years ago. Worn once in heavy rain and wind of Cornwall’s coastline, we were both soaked. Thinking we had not correctly worn them, we contacted Berghaus. After explaining our experience, they recommended we return them to Millets. Sarah S treated us to an unequivocal and totally professional response. She checked the jackets after we explained our situation, whereupon she immediately refunded our costs and apologised for our trouble. Well done Sarah and Millets for a super service. We will be back. Thank you.

Visited the store to get some new hiking boots. Was helped by James, he was very knowledgeable about the brands and styles and helped me narrow down my requirements, then patiently got me about 6 pairs of boots to try on. Great experience, and found the perfect pair, thank you!

Well, what can I say about the amazing service we had from the staff at Millets in Newquay, especially James. From the moment we walked in till the time we walked out james was professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. He even made the time to show some love to our Patterdale Terrier puppy Ruby. James made such an impression that we went back a few times for separate purchases when we could quite easily have gone elsewhere. So on closing I just want to say thankyou to James and hope that Millets managers rewards this young man as his customer service is off the chart.
