What a brilliant team! Incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Thanks for taking the time to share our travelling experiences. Millets are the only outdoor shop where I've found the staff actually know what they are talking about.

We received very helpful assistance from Tess as we looked at the camping tables on display Nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we had the exact size to suit our needs. She is a great example of how customer service should be and we will certainly return.

The staff were very helpful I needed some walking boots . I asked for my size and they found a pair for me . The only bad point is I bought them on the 31st may started wearing them every day from the 1st of June and the heal is wearing very badly. Iv only had them for a month .

We had a really good experience in the Ipswich Millets store, on Sunday.
We had been doing the rounds of this type of shop over the last few weeks, getting our daughter prepared for her trekking trip, but none of these other stores were as genuinely interested in assisting us as this one, or made us feel as welcome.
Jess was a great help right from the start. She allowed us long enough to look at rucksacks and then approached us just when we needed to narrow down our options. She answered all our questions about fit, checked with her colleague if she didn’t know the answer and constantly asked if there was anything else we needed from our kit list, making suggestions and demonstrating how to use the items we were choosing.
When we had selected our items, her colleagues were on hand to swiftly pack our things and process the transaction, whilst really personalising the experience for us.
The team worked collectively to deliver a level of service and efficiency rarely seen these days, and they are a credit to your company. Thank you again!

Took ages choosing men’s shorts in the sale, the saleswoman was so patient as I dithered and had loads of guidance on relative sizes of the various makes. Thank you!

Great shopping experience today in Ipswich Millets - very helpful staff and had a good choice of walking shoes in my size to try. I will definitely come back here as it is conveniently located on the high street, so don’t have to travel to an out of town site.

They had a really good selection of what I was looking for (trekking sandals), they suggested I brought my bike into the shop for convenience and they did everything in a really friendly and efficient way. I will be back!

Popped un to top up on fire dragons and grabbed some other bits. Had everything I needed and no need for a daft card like Go-Outdoors.

Bought a sleeping bag from Millets in Ipswich and received excellent service from a friendly and efficient lady ( assistant 003 I believe).
