I visited Milletts to kit my grand daughter out for the D of E bronze.Sammywas incredibly helpful and informative and we managed to buy everything we needed.She is a credit to Milletts.

Helpful friendly staff and good range of clothing

Needed a lot of advice in Millets, Hemel on Saturday and Meg was fantastic. Really knew her stuff, which is unusual these days, and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to shop there again.

Really helpful and knowledgable staff (Sammie and Vikki), nothing was too much trouble. Shop was very clean and tidy. A good shopping experience. Thank you girls.

Went today 14th Feb valentines day staff amazing so helpful, prices good quality of products good got all our summer camping items. Young blonde women so helpful will come again.

Absolute excellent service from the Hemel Hempstead branch on the 17 th Jan 2024.
Popped in for some advice for some walking shoes for my children . Sam was brilliant with his advice, was really informative and we therefore came away with two pairs of childrens walking shoes. We also wanted some advice on winter sleeping bags for our upcoming Easter camping trip. Again Sam was a great help and even price match the bags which was very nice.
Would definitely go back after this great experience with Sam and his female colleague. Nothing was too much trouble for this shop today. I don’t normally write reviews but these guys definitely deserve a review for the great customer service which was provided.

I was in the Hemel Hempstead today and I spent about 40 minutes trying hiking shoes.
Meg was so helpful and patient, I must have tried about 20 shoes.

I went with my wife to buy a pair of walking boots at Millets store in Hemel Hempstead, the assistant Sam was very patient, helpful and friendly and helped me select the correct boots. Would recommend this Millets store for all you outdoor stuff.

Really impressed with the friendliness & customer service provided by the Millets team at Hemel Hempstead. We rushed in a few minutes before closing time just before Christmas to but a pair of walking boots for my husband and the staff were very patient and professional. I later returned soon after Christmas to buy myself a pair. More than happy to recommend this store and thank you again for all your help. JH

Paul was very helpful taking me through the range of walking boots, this made it very easy for me to make my choice of which pair to purchase. At the checkout Sam was very efficient and quick and making the purchase seamless, thanks to a very professional team.
