I came in for some camping gear earlier this week and was helped out by Meg (and Martin I think). They were both so kind and professional. Meg went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. Really excellent customer service.

I went in with no clue on what tent to buy but Meg talked me through all the best options and helped me pick one out!

Steven was very helpful with helping me order tents. Needed a few for my Scout Group and being a Scout himself, he understood.

We came in to get hiking boots for my son who's doing his DofE and the service we received was amazing. Meg was very helpful and even though it was busy she didn't rush us. We left feeling very happy with boots, socks and insoles. Definitely will return to get other DofE kit.

Great help from Stephen in Hemel today when buying walking shoes. Knew a lot about the brands and swopped sizes for me as well.

I went in to buy a product to re waterproof some jackets. I was very impressed by Jenni’s knowledge about the large range of products. She was genuinely interested in making sure that I bought the right one for me. She further advised me on the best method to use the product I bought.

Two very helpful team members, they reserved me an item to collect by the end of the day, helped me check the items measurements were correct for my needs before I purchased. Whilst I was in the store, they also helped me with finding the best deal on some other items too. Very friendly, helpful team and my favourite outdoor shop in hemel.

I Went into millets to buy a new pair of walking boots. Kaya was extremely helpful and friendly. Great customer service!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful team!

The zip on my new Peter Storm coat is very temperamental however when I brought it to the attention of the assistants in the store, I was made to feel inadequate and told that I could contact Millets customer service (which I have).
It is a lovely coat, but there is only a 50/50 chance the Zip will work.
It may be easier to cut my losses and throw the coat away.
Having contacted customer service, my case has not been taken seriously.
Waste of time and money.

I was served by Steven when looking to purchase some new hiking boots. He was knowledgeable and able to give good recommendations based on his personal experience. The boots are great and I look forward to using them on many walks to come!

Another much needed purchase made from this Millets store in Hemel Hempstead, and once again served by the very friendly and efficient staff, this time round for waterproof over trousers. Could not do without this store!

What a great team of people. There was Joel,Ricky and 1 other and they were very helpful. I needed a raincoat but I'm very fussy on what brand. Joel managed to find me one to try and then we found the right range of what I wanted. Unfortunately it was larger than they stocked in store so we was able to order online. 2 days later I have the product. Very happy with my purchase. I will shop at millets again especially hemel town store.

Thanks to Sam at Millets Hemel Hempstead for checking the stock for me and helping me find a very last minute pair of wellies in my size almost as soon as your doors opened! Absolutely saved my day!

I needed a bag and the team member Steven was very useful to help finding the correct bag for me.

Had such a great experience at Millets Hemel Hempstead. The staff were so quick to help us with picking out shoes and other items for a trip that we were quite clueless about, and they were all very friendly.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, made purchasing a new pair of boots an absolute pleasure.
