Went into the Glasgow , Sauchiehall St shop today and was met bt Claire who was very helpful. She dealt with my returns and managed to find the products I was looking for .b

I visit this store regularly with my dog & we are always made welcome. There is a great variety of stock from jackets to boots & backpacks and there are regular sales on offer in store. Staff are helpful but not pushy & knowledgeable about the products. Special mention to Claire who always welcomes us with a smile (& a dog biscuit).

Very helpful staff member Debbie made my shopping experience today very efficient and I am grateful for her advice on the various items I purchased, making me ready for my Winter skills course in Aviemore this weekend. I’m particularly pleased with my Gore-Tex TrekMates gloves, and soft shell OEX trousers (I normally wear leggings but these are just as comfy and great value). Many thanks.

Used Glasgow Millets store to exchange garment bought online from Blacks. Millets staff were endlessly helpful and efficient, so making the whole process smooth and painless. We shall buy from Millets, Glasgow again for sure.

I ordered a medium size Peter Storm Men’s Blisco II Hooded Jacket online which turned out to be bigger than my size when tried on, I visited the local store, staff there were helpful and replaced it with a correct size and guess what XS fitted me fine, so please note that sizes for the above jackets are on a larger side.
Jacket is warm and comfortable

I went in to return some jackets I'd bought online that were too small. Claire was so helpful with the process and made it quick and easy. She then proceeded to provide excellent assistance in getting a great waterproof jacket which I needed for work. She was kind and patient with me and provided excellent information to help me make an informed decision. Claire was a Star! Thank you Claire!

We were lookin for a cabin / weekend bag. We had seen one on the web by Osprey but were able to see it for real here. Lovely service from the lady who served us and to seal the deal she arranged for it to be delivered to our home address in England. Excellent service at great price.

When looking for walking boots I was very glad of the first class attention I got from Claire ( in stark contrast to other shops I had visited on the same trip) She was knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. Millets will definitely be my first choice if looking for more walking equipment in the future
