Great help finding an item for me

Keira gave me and my partner really great service when we last visited! Greeted us as we entered the shop, helped us find everything we needed and gave us plenty of options on the purchases we were going to make, then a nice friendly goodbye as we left. I've been into the shop once or twice over the past few years and the standard is always the same. When I need outdoor clothing of any kind now, I'll always make sure I return to this store.

Freddie the sales assistant did a great job of pointing out to me a variety of boots to try. The store had all in stock in my size, in particular a 10.5 inthe style I purchased. Freddie was helpful and happily chatted about using the boots himself.
(Previously other staff did not suggest an alternative when the trousers I tried proved to be too small).

Good service and good products
Went in to get a "cheap" pair of walking boots. Was really surprised at the range and quality on offer, including Scarpa, which we weren't expecting to find. Good selection of sizes and Freddie was friendly and very patient with all of our trying on of different sizes and styles. Really good selection of other outerwear and layers including Berghaus. From cheap to high end plus technical accessories. Very impressed.

Fantastic customer experience. Suzannah couldn’t have been more helpful, myself and a work colleague popped in on 27th November and each bought some clothing, and Suzannah was a pleasure to meet. Very helpful and very pleasant. Will definitely be going in there again.
