Friendly, smiley service from Zac and Chantelle and they asked about discount cards such as DoE and guides. Perfect service.

We were served by Zac who was really helpful and friendly. He advised us on the shoes we would need for our trip and was knowledgeable about the different products. Great service thank you!

Superb service from Zac - when I called re some replacement air poles for my tent. The store didn’t have any in stock - but Zac took the time, found them in their Isle of Wight store and arranged to get them sent to Eastleigh. Great customer service - awesome job - highly recommended.

Dave was really helpfull and was happy to help me find a pair of walking boots. He was really knowledgeable regarding different brands, materials etc as well. Would highly recommend others going to this store in the future.

I want to say a big thank you to Graham he sold me the materials I needed to mend my tent poles he explained how I should do it and it worked I think they are going to last more than the one more year I was hoping for.

I purchased a hat (baseball cap) a week ago at a very good price. The reduction was well worth having. The quality was excellent. I returned to this branch on the 24th June and purchased two more in different colours. There is always some bargains to be had in Millets, so when I am in Eastleigh I always have a look round.

Have popped into this branch of Millets several times. Graham is ever so helpful - was knowledgeable of products and able to tailor advice so we bought the right items. Kind, courteous and let us know of discounts and other savings so we got the best value for money too.

Served by Zac he was very helpful and understanding with my husband who has dementia.

I returned a pair of walking boots as the stitching was coming apart after only a few walks ,as I had originally ordered these from the millets online store I expected to just have to return them and wait a replacement for the online side of the business as you would with so many suppliers, I was surprised when the store instantly sorted them out and although they did not have the same boots in stock they discounted another better pair of boots. I cannot rate this store enough and the outstanding service received

I went to get bits for DOfE expedition. I had limited time so asked Dave Morris, store manager who was super helpful and I could get all I needed and was out of the shop with my bits in 20 minutes. A big shout out to Dave for being knowledgeable and helpful both

I had a voucher to use, but it can only be used in store and the store did not have the shoes in my size. They offered to order them for home delivery and let me pay in store with the voucher. This was obviously a fair bit of work for the store team as it took them a little time to type all the info in, not helped by a mistake on my part that meant they had to do the entire process twice. Throughout, they were friendly, cheerful and funny. Many thanks to Dave.
