Great service, staff were really helpful, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, we dealt mainly with Tracie who really went above and beyond to make our visit useful.

Very helpful women who fitted my back and gave me a lot of advice.

I visited Millets in Eastbourne today and was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. I was served by Lauren who made every effort to locating exactly what I wanted, including searching the stores to find the right size

Phil was great with my son in ensuring

My son had outgrown his hiking boots so we returned to millets, Eastbourne, as the service first time round was second to none.
We were not disappointed. We were served by Phil, again. He took lots of time with my son searching for the perfect boot that met the needs of long hikes in all weathers.
He also watched how my son walked in each pair to whittle it down to the perfect pair.
As my son is in Scouts, Phil also reminded us of the Scout discount. Whilst there he also talked us through the larger rucksacks that will be needed in the near future.
My son was very pleased with his new boots on his hike, so thank you Phil

We went to Millet’s as my son had to prepare for a scouts hike and we got excellent help from Phil. He gave us great assistance and advice about the hiking shoes and the backpack, and scouts discount too . Very pleased with Phil’s advice, definitely will be back again!

We returned to Millets in Eastbourne to thank Phil for the help and advice he had given us a few months ago in helping our son select the right boots for his Bronze DoE. Hikes all completed without a single blister, and now his feet have grown, the quality of the boots means they can be passed on to Mum for long term use. Phil also helped us to fit the rucksack correctly so that didn't rub either. Excellent customer service. Many thanks.

I had excellent service from Phil a couple of weeks ago (30/08/24).He did a shoe fitting for me and I found out I had actually gone up a size! I bought the Peter Storm Lindale walking shoes which I love.
