Good friendly advice in store. no stock so ordered online from the store. Unfortunately the order for 2 identical items was split without accompanying information so I had to call customer support. the second half of the order still arrived within the estimated delivery time and in good condition.

I have made mutiple visits to this store recently while preparing for a camping trip. Extremely friendly and helpful staff on each visit, warm greetings upon entering the store, staff attending to all questions asked and showing product options and informing of any promotions. Was cared for by Diane who tended to my novice needs for walking boots. I dont really shop on the high street anymore but Diane has changed my mind on this. Her knowledge and care with finding me the most comfortable footwear for my awkward shaped feet (basically a flipper!)was most appreciated. Thank you for restoring my faith in the retail experience!
