Excellent experience today making some purchases for walking, Callum and Emily were very helpful with getting us what we required.

Scott and Callum are really helpful guys with good product knowledge and ready to assist. Great ambassadors for Millets it’s staff like these who are the reason customers return from choice to use Millets.

Went to the Millets Bury store on Friday with no idea what gifts to buy. Was served by Ri and Callum. Both were more than happy to help, advise and make sure product was correct. Refreshing these days to see people enthusiastic in the role. Thanks again

Went into our Local Millets in Bury, Lancs.
Had the privilege of being served by Leighton.
We found him extremely knowledgeable on the items we purchased, went out of his way to make sure I bought the right pair of boots. Did not feel rushed and was such a pleasant person, it made a nice change to be able to have a chat with a sales person these days all to rare.
I told his manager he was a credit to the store.

Scott at Millets (Woodfields Retail Park, Bury) was brilliant. I walked in without a clue but I told him that I needed warm, waterproof clothing and explained the purpose. He kitted me out with warm layers a waterproof outer coat and waterproof trousers all for a very reasonable price. A few weeks later I’m pleased to say that I wear the whole set every week for outdoor activities and have stayed toasty and dry.

Good products at a fair price

Scott in Bury was super helpful, knowledgeable & personable. He asked me questions to clarify what I was looking for in a shoe. He also shared his first hand knowledge & experience. I tried on a few and based on feel, fit & Scott's input, I fairly quickly decided. I ended up wearing them out of the store - partly because they're waterproof and the heavens opened and also because my inner 5 year old came out and I was excited! I'll definitely be back!

Came in with an online order that turned out was to big. I was thinking of a refund but found they had the items I needed in the sizes I needed so exchange made. Lovely staff member present super helpful great experience all round.

Had to take somethings back today that I had ordered online, some wrong size and others not suitable. Ri at Millets in Bury was lovely to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and she dealt with everything in a polite and courteous manner. I would definitely shop at Millets again. Thank you Ri for your help today.
