Excellent service, delivered within 2 days.

Delivered through the mail arrived. Very reasonable price. Good quality

D of E visit to stock up on supplies for my son’s first event. Was greeted by Chloe who was super friendly and helpful. We then met Steven, who drew on his own D of E experience to advise us on what items would be best to take. Both were absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and we came away with pretty much everything we needed. 5* review in all respects

Ri@Bury 1184 went above and beyond when we visited the store last Thursday 7.08.25.
My grand daughter was entertained whilst I tried on clothes and my son perused the whole shop.
Ri ordered me some shorts as my size was not in stock.
They arrived quickly and they fit perfectly.
Highly recommend a visit to this shop for all your outdoor gear and equipment 😁 fabulous staff

I went into the Bury store this morning to buy a pair of walking trousers. I found the pair I was looking for easily. Callum was very helpful, asking if I needed any help and told me that I could use the fitting room to try the trousers on. I was very impressed by Callum and Ri. I really wanted to buy 2 pair of trousers. Ri told me that they could order the second pair and have it delivered to my house. Excellent customer service. Thank you. I will no doubt return for more hiking equipment as I need it.

We went in for a particular item.
Callum was very helpful in locating the item. I then asked about other items which he showed me. Very good customer service.

I was served by Callum@Bury1184 earlier and received excellent service the item I was looking for wasn’t in my size and he went to the stockroom and brought me one, a very helpful and pleasant young man.

Really great experience in store choosing boots for Duke of Edinburgh expedition, helped by Ri who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us get the most suitable boots and socks and got us a kit list too. She was also fantastic when I needed help with a boot problem a few weeks later.

The service given by Ri and Steven who advised and helped sort out my purchase without pushy sales (which I hate) they both made shopping here a dream certainly Will shop her again
