Sharon was very helpful. She was patient answering my questions about hiking shoes and advised me criteria of the right size of a hiking shoe.
It's sad to hear that Millets-Bracknell is going to be closed down in September. I hope Millets-Bracknell can be re-opened in the near future.

Such a shame this store is closing…
Such a shame this store is closing after so many years. They have got lots of bargains with everything reduced. Despite imminently losing her job, the staff member was pleasant, cheerful and helpful.

Natalie and Jack were brilliant today
Natalie and Jack were brilliant today. Went in for a couple of dry robe type and already had our hands full. While Natalie was bagging our stuff up, Jack came and offered to take all our other shopping that wasn’t in bags and put them in the bag for us. It’s the little things that give the best service.
