Dan was very helpful, and knowledgeable, giving advice when I went to buy some walking boots. He got it absolutely spot on!

Excellent service today from Natalie. Very knowledgeable about walking boots and rucksacks for my daughters DoE hike!

Had great customer service from Sam. I went in with my down filled jacket that I thought I had ruined by washing it, even when I followed the washing instructions. He assured me that I hadn’t and it could be saved. He told me exactly what to do and which product I needed to buy to correct it. So grateful for the help and friendly nature.

I was looking for a warm gilet and asked if there were any more in the shop. Sam said not but that they'd been advised some of the display items were priced incorrectly and should match the online price which in some cases was much lower. I asked for the actual price of a down gilet and it was ½ the display price. I happily bought it.

The fleece I bought was very good value for money. I was served by Holly who was very polite and helpful.

The assistant in store was very knowledgeable and helpful and assisted me in choosing some walking boots. And also is so nice to buy something from a shop as you can try items on , not like ordering online and having to guess if something will fit.

With the help of Dan we got the information needed to get the correct size of walking shoe.

I visited Millets in Beverley at the weekend to buy a pair of boots. The boots I wanted were out of stock, but a staff member, Sam, offered to order them for me and have them delivered to my home address to save me returning to the store to collect. He even applied the same discount that I’d seen advertised in-store the previous week. The boots arrived at my house the following day. Excellent service.

Tom was very professional helpful and polite he sorted are problem in no time at all. We were returning a coat that had a fault and they did not have another in my size so ordered one on line an had it delivered to my home address received the coat two days later everything was fine so well done Tom.

The shop manager Neil was unbelievable he remembered me so the service was very personable indeed his knowledge and customer service was second to none
I was also very aware of his undoubted management skills with his other staff and also the security issues outstanding

Was visiting Beverley and popped into the branch to see if they had some walking boots I needed . Dan was most helpful and knowledgable in helping me buy the correct ones. Even better they were in the Black Friday sale 🥾🥾🥾

Just dealt with Tom in Millets Beverley who was THE most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson I’ve met for quite some time. Assisted me with stocking filler gifts for my family and ordered different sz I needed still at in-store discounted price! Sweet! Going in-store rather than defaulting to online purchases was a refreshing change!

had another lovely experience today, sll of the staff were warm and welcoming, managed to find the things i needed and be on my way.

The staff member who served me at the till was very polite however, the other member of staff seemed to have a real issue with the fact that I had made a comment about the card machine asking for a charity donation and I was made to feel uncharitable because I hadn’t donated. He pointed out that maybe I could have used my saving from my Blue Light card to donate to charity. I explained I run a local youth group which is all voluntary and he made me feel uncomfortable that I had to explain why I wasn’t donating money.
