Thank you to Rob in Bath Millet's, he was so helpful, went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for. Was also in no hurry as we had a good conversation while I was there, very personable.

What great customer service - Sarah at the bath store really took time to help my 13 year old buy some walking boots for her DofE. She even spoke to me on the phone! She was very knowledgeable and was just brilliant in helping with the right decisions. She went above and beyond!

What a busy store! Popped in as my daughter suggested I upgrade my old Merrells. Was helped today by Sarah, who matched me with some great shoes today, thank you. You were very patient despite being pulled in many directions by other customers.

Sarah Clarke at Millets in Bath was extremely helpful and knowledgable in advising us on hiking boots. Overall made the experience pleasant and informative at her than routine.

What a pleasure it was to visit this Millets store! I was away on business and realised I had stupidly left my coat at home. I nipped in to the store in Bath where I was greeted with smiles all round, I explained my predicament, Sarah was very empathetic, a rate quality in retail staff these days. We got chatting, Sarah had so much knowledge, I explained that I'd like to not just make an emergency purchase but a coat that I could wear to football on the still chilly evenings. I've got to be honest I'm a bit of a brand junkie but Sarah introduced me to a brand I'd never heard of, North Ridge, what a fantastic down jacket, I ended up buying my son one too plus a waterproof jacket for him and some walking socks for us both. Since I've been home I've been online and bought another North Ridge jacket in a different colour online. Sarah's customer service is the best retail experience in a long time, patience, knowledge and all with a smile. My local Go Outdoors could learn a thing or two from her!!

Must be a first, I went to Millets in Bath and for the first time ever spoke to a salesperson who actually knew more about the kit than I did (I'm a mountain leader.. in training). Sarah helped me find a pair of walking boots, and responded effectively to my vague feedback about fit and comfort. And she made the whole experience an absolute pleasure, with her own nuggets of wisdom from her recent hikes and camping experiences. I'm not a Millets fan normally, however after experiencing Sarah's enthusiasm and knowledge, I will be back :-)

I am a new parent to the DofE programme and was feeling pretty daunted by the huge kit list provided by my son’s school. I was helped today by Sarah, who was incredibly knowledgeable. She was patient and an expert at directing me towards what I needed. She is an experienced member of staff and seems to know a lot about the choices in the store. Millets has always been my go to outdoor store. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, on a recent visit I was lucky enough to be helped/served by Sarah and Nikki who between them have so much enthusiasm and knowledge of camping and the outdoors you can be sure you will always walk away with exactly what you need.
