Nothing was a problem when buying my walking boots. Advice was given when I needed it. Smiley, polite and friendly. I felt under no pressure to buy and no pressure to hurry. I left the store with exactly what I needed. Thank you.

JAYS AWESOME PERSONA
I went into Millets Sunday the 9th of April to buy my son some shoes for his dukes of Edinburgh silver award (very proud mummy here 😊). The service I received from one particular handsome young man (Jay I think his name was) was outstanding. Felt like I had known him for years, was going to ask him to go to coffee with me but I’m sure he wouldn’t want to hand out with and old lady like me 😉😂. Was such a charmer! And also very helpful! Makes me excited to go into millers again, I’ll make sure to know his Costa order and bring him a treat in from work. I’m sure he could use the boost 😘

Jay was very helpful
Jay, the sales assistant was very helpful and helped me and my son to ensure our walking boots fitted well. They were in the sale but at the till we got a further 15% discount which was unexpected.

Excellent service from Angela!
Yesterday I went to buy a particular pair of trail running shoes. I much prefer to go to an actual shop to try things on and receive expert advice. Was able to take a dog in to the store
Was able to take a dog in to the store, if not I would not have been able to shop there. Welcomed into the shop . I asked to see coats and was shown what was available. Sale price made the decision to buy a coat.

Excellent service from Jay who was super helpful, knew his product and responded well to my requests. Nothing was too much trouble which was refreshing. I would definitely recommend this shop.

We were served by a really helpful young lady on the 18th January 2023. Assistant number 3. Whilst buying some Wellington boots. She went out of her way to help us and we left your store very happy with our purchase
