Alex was very friendly and helpful while I picked out new footwear.

Visited the Aberdeen branch to buy some hiking boots. Alex and Kyle were both very helpful and had some excellent recommendations.

Was served by Alex and Kyle whilst shopping for DofE items. Both were friendly and personable and helped me find the items that I needed and gave great advice.

I was in the Aberdeen branch on the 24th of August to look for advise on walking shoes .Matthew was very helpful and advised me on what shoes to buy .I felt he knew what he was talking about .I tried on shoes and bought them.

Worked with staff member Alex to kit myself out for my first ever hiking trip to the Isle of Skye next month, good prices and great service :)

I was looking for a new pair of boots, which had to be in a large size and wide fitting. The shop had several comfortable and well-fitting pairs available and Kyle was able to provide very useful guidance on the plus points of each pair. I'm very happy with the ones I got. They're just what I needed and at a very good price. Great service from both the staff in the shop that I dealt with.

Thanks to Kyle and Leigh at the 157 union street Millets, I managed to decide on a pair of waterproof hiking shoes and also wonderful insoles to provide a good arch.
Their service was friendly and peppered with product knowledge. I can’t thank both of you enough ;) I enjoyed my time shopping in this shop for the first time, stress free !

Kyle and Alex were super helpful. I bought sandles and a rucksack for my son. I had no idea what rucksack to buy and they helped me to pick one the correct size and within my budget.
They even adjusted all the straps so the bag fitted my son well adding weights so he could feel what it was like when full. 10 out of 10 for service. I highly recommend

I bought a pair of Scarpa walking boots in Aberdeen today. I was served by Ali who was very engaging, very helpful and clearly understood the product I wanted to suit my needs. People like Ali make shopping much easier due the customer.

Bought a pair of Merrell shoes. Staff were fantastic. Manager offered to order other colours if not in store. Ali helped at till when it came to Forces Discount. Great staff, sadly road works outside are causing lower footfall.

I went in looking for trail running shoes and Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I left very happy with a great pair of trainers for a fab price!

I visited Millets with my daughter to get equipment for her Duke of Edinburgh expedition,and we were absolutely delighted with the service we received. Ali the shop assistant was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us through exactly what we needed to buy and made sure we got the right gear.He even took time to properly fit the rucksack, which was a huge help. Excellent customer service. Thank you Ali.

On April 25th I went with my daughter to see if we can find some good hiking shoes for her to wear. I had a great experience with Ben as he was very helpful and gave us advice on some of the details about the shoes.

I went to Millets in Aberdeen on Monday 21st April.
I have some disabilities and would like to commend Leigh and Kyle for being extremely understanding and helpful.

Aberdeen Millets: Looking for Berghaus T Shirts and very helpful assistant Leigh searched for and found the required sizes on racks and from new stock boxes to complete the sale. Very positive and patient salesperson.
