Ordered 2 bottles of Krug 2008 on 26 July. Called on 27 July and guy said will follow up with email on delivery status. Never did. Wrote and left voice messages. Nobody bother to reply. 29 July finally spoke to a lady called Philippine and she said can't find my order in her system. She used my account via my email address and login and found my order. Her excuse was there is tech glitch. I demanded to cancel order but she is more keen to find out whom I was talking to on the 27 Jul. Their internal system issues should not become customers issue. She promised to send email that order will be cancelled and full refunds. Again over promise. No email whatsoever. First and last time to deal with such unprofessional company. By tomorrow if still no email for full refund, I might have no choice but consult legal route. Terrible experience. Dont deal with such online setup. Goods were in Singapore warehouse and by their standard, orders will be delivered locally within Singapore at most 48hrs. Way past their promises. Terrible. Looks like a Scam .

Website needs improvement, when you turn the page, it does not start at the top of the next page. Promo pricing is somewhat clumsy. It is better to give a flat 10% disc then to say $40 per $400. Of coz we want to maximise the max disc but it’s tiresome to mix and match in precise multiples of $400. If we don’t do that, then we’re getting less than 10%. Every promo package must make the buyer willing to buy without having to worry about constraints.
