85+ Days of Captive Funds: Sold an unavailable domain & demanded extra money
I paid 100% upfront on 28/07/2026 for a domain bundle (wellfoundation.org and .info) under Invoice #459208. In my very first support ticket sent on the same day at 5:52 PM, I gave clear written instructions: if the primary .org domain cannot be registered, cancel the entire order and issue a 100% refund.
Instead of processing the refund:
Support admitted that wellfoundation.org has been registered by someone else since 2018 (yet their portal accepted payment for it).
They completely ignored my refund instruction and demanded an ADDITIONAL payment of ₹2,300 + 18% GST to proceed with the remaining domain. Zero refund was offered.
Direct phone calls and questions were systematically avoided.
When highlighted publicly, leadership claimed on LinkedIn that a refund was offered. However, once I placed official ticket screenshots on record disproving their claim, all communication ceased.
It has been over 85 days with zero domain delivered, captive funds, and complete evasion of accountability. Highly disappointing and unfair business practices.

very unprofessional hosting providers
I purchased domain and VPS hosting from milesweb(my customer id is: 128202 ). They are not allowing me to add a subdomain on their interface. The customer support says that I need to degrade to shared hosting for this. Another customer support person said they will add it. I am frustrated and then they blocked my email from their support email address

Extremely disappointing service and a complete waste of time.
I purchased a domain from Miles2Web and have been struggling with it since the very first day. It has now been 4 days, and the domain/services are still not working properly.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of effective support and resolution. Instead of getting the issue fixed, I have spent days troubleshooting and trying to get basic services working.
My advice: think twice before purchasing from Miles2Web. Don't get attracted by their low prices or apparently positive reviews without doing proper research. In my experience, the problems started from day one of the purchase, and the cheap price is simply not worth the time, frustration, and trouble.
I strongly recommend considering a more reliable domain provider, even if it costs a little more. Saving a few rupees is not worth losing several days dealing with service issues.
Very poor experience. 1/5.
