The item was apparently delivered, I received a picture of a package outside a building (that looks like mine but cannot be sure) but no such package is there. A package should never be left outside a block of flats and claimed to be 'secure'. Waiting to hear back from them about a refund/redeliver.

I purchased the microphones through a Instagram ad using paypal account. I received the payment confirmation and then another email stating that I was subscribed to a monthly 39.95 USD charge for a membership. I never signed up for any membership. There was no mention of it during the checkout either.

I sent emails same day of the order and again the next day to cancel all of it. No response back.

Today, I read on Trustpilot that others were having the same issues.

I called PayPal to file a dispute to refund my money and to stop any monthly billing.

I was told by PayPay that I was protected with PayPals consumer protection and they will investigate this 3-5 bus days. They also confirmed that this company doesn't have any access to bill my account/card there is no preauthorization on my profile for them to bill me.

Same story as everyone here, you will not get your money back and you must get the bank to close your bank account encuadre if you only change the credit card they can still debit you monthly and eventually double in a month.

Just for buying a mic they will auto subscribe you even if you cancel 4-5 times.

They have multiple shelf companies and no country or organisation can stop them.

Not even fair trading get shut them down or get your money back because they can’t get into contact with them, don’t get how they can still advertise on social media.

Only thing you can do is close your bank account so you don’t get charged $62 twice a month.

For a membership to nothing.

Buying these mics automatically triggers a $40/month membership that is discretely hidden as a membership to "members-portal", where the announcement of the charge is tucked away. Cancellation doesn't go through unless I inspect the element and paste the order number in quotes as the subscription ID into the "value" field of the user-subscription-id element (thanks WooCommerce) before hitting the button to cancel. Of course, cancelling the subscription blocks you from the entire portal. Customer support is nonexistent.

Of course I ended up filing a dispute with my bank, which is the only reason they ended up eventually sending something. Looks like a dropshipped mic from Alibaba (no branding) and the "free" (actually $21) add-on "phone tripod" is about 4 inches big, smaller than an average banana

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Do not BUY HEADPHONES! You get sent them then they charge you a monthly fee for some subscription - super dodgy emails and the parent company is called CHISELL

SCAM i have similar issues mentioned here. I received a confirmation email which referred to a “monthly membership” charge equivalent to the cost of the item. After consulting Pay Pal and my bank I have had to cancel my credit card.

The mic doesn't work. It won't charge, it won't turn on and it won't work.
So I asked how to return it and get a new one. They asked me to keep it and offered me a voucher for 30% of the price. When I replied and asked for a replacement instead, they sent me another offer to keep it, this time with a 20% refund! Go figure. What a rip off.

I bought this for self-tape purposes but the company is a SCAM, they don`t answer emails, then they double charged me on my credit card the following months, for NOTHING, and to get a hold of the company is impossible. Now my Credit Card company is on it, but we`ll see. BUYER`S BEWARE!!!

I was charged 39.95 for a "membership" fee several weeks after my initial purchase. I did not authorise this and i am told they will not refund. Buyer beware!!!

They tried charging my card $39.95 without my authorization 3 weeks after my original purchase was successfully processed. Good thing my card rejected the charge and sent me an alert. They then tried again 11 hours later.

They are absolute crooks. Stay away. I visited the website and put an item in the cart. Input all information including credit card but at check out I realised the price was not what I thought but increased exponentially so I abandoned the cart and did not proceed with the purchase. 20 min later they still charged my card. I asked for explanation and they says they had already shipped the mic. Although o never officially purchased the item I was later on charged a membership fee. Scammers. Avoid!!

This website and product is ridiculous!!!
So I ordered this duo of microphone and just right after I purchased it, on the next page it said something that i can get one more mic for free so I clicked on it and immediately I got charged extra $20usd. I was upset but let is slide. And now after more than a month i got charged extra $60aud and some customer support person is saying i signed upfor membership.
Membership for what?? Having microphone?? Ridiculous.
What they are trying to do is to lure people on “cheap” microphones, hiding the membership thing somewhere so you miss it because why would you be looking for membership when you purchasing mic!! And they say i didnt cancel my free trial! I checked theis website and you cant even log in anywhere!!!
Dont give these people you card details!!!!

Avoid like the plague! Absolute scam artists! Originally double charged us for two mics when only one was wanted. Then charged us 39.99 USD for a "membership" as we didn't cancel within the so-called trial period. We didn't ask to join a membership and there is no mention at all on their website about any membership.

Refused to refund so we have cancelled the credit card so they can't take any more cash. Stay away, avoid, do NOT go near these people.
