Very helpful and great service all round!

We have had a number of doors from Metador and the quality of the product is fantastic.

As well as the product being great the service from the staff is second to none. They are always helpful and very quick to respond to queries with a great knowledge of their products.

I would fully recommend Metador to anyone.

Well designed and fabricated door, delivered a day early, and well packaged. Finish is excellent and the various ironmongery fittings are high quality.
Very helpful customer service agent provided quick and helpful advice on a few technical issues during /after installation, and very kindly provided some additional parts to complete the work.

We have been using Metador products for a number of years now and the level of service from Quotation to delivery of a quality product has been excellent. The Team at Metador are also very receptive to tweaks and new ideas that we have had over the years. I would highly recommend them.

The team at Metador are brilliant. Their products are head and shoulders above the competition, I have even had a tour around the factory to see the impressive standards they build to. I would thoroughly recommend using them for security related requirements without hesitation.

Struggled to get a quote out of them. Very dissapointed. Called in three times now. How hard can it be to deliver a quote? Update. Had a voicemail a week ago promising to get the quote to me by the following day. 8 days later - still no quote....

We have been using Metador for a number of years and have found the service and quality to be extremely high. I can say without hesitation that this is my go to company for premium steel doors. Out of all the doors we have fitted so far we have never been called back to a single one which is a testament to our fitting but also how well these doors are manufactured.
