I've worked in Customer Support for 10+ years and these people do not care about you they only want your money. My vinyl was delayed for several months and I asked for my shipping costs to be refunded as it is going to be late getting to me than the stated period. They rudely didn't even reply with my name just saying no and completely ignored my request for compensation stating it's not their issue which it is because they took my money and after waiting 3+ months for a vinyl that hasn't even shipped yet they just told me they can cancel my order. They ignored any request to escalate my query and just said your complaint is "noted". This company needs to go in the bin or learn to look after it's customers. They do not stand for the great artists they're meant to support. I will make sure everyone I know never purchases from you and this will be put this on social media also.

Honestly given the way production runs, I totally expect any estimates to be off because shipt happen, I dont expect my orders from them for a min of 4 months, so that aside all the stuff I've bought from them has been excellent quality, bought the circa survive bomber jacket and it's super warm nice quality embroidery, I've gotten a few shirts all good comfy shirts, two dog shirts, a flag and at least one vinyl not a single issue sorry for those who have had issues but idk if yall are just unlucky or I'm the lucky one but I've spent hundreds with them and have been happy with it all. Plan on buying another sweatshirt and a tshirt they have up currently

Really rude customer service, slow shipping times (we're talking 4 months at least), no email updates, nothing. I understand that they have to backorder items but they could at least update us on the process.

We order a shirt 08/24. Scheduled to ship out September 20th. Got an estimated delivery of September 29th. It is now October 27th, still no shirt, no response to multiple emails, called the local post office and they do not have the package. No shirt. No refund. No explanation.

We will not be using this company in the future and we will not recommend this company to anyone.

Will push the shipping date further and further with no updates. Wont respond at all when you ask why but when you call him/ her out they'll refund you after making you wait more than 4 weeks like an immature child.

Extremely lackluster customer service. I ordered an item in June with a shipping date scheduled of July 20th. As of September 23, all I have been told multiple times is “a few more weeks” and no further explanation or information.

Absolute joke. They are clear about manufacturing times and ship times etc. etc. But their communication is worthless, they just refer to the third party insurance when there’s any issue. They don’t give any real answers or explanations. Ordered 5/25. Nothing as of 7/2, they basically have no idea if it’ll show up or not.

If you buy anything from them buyer beware. I bought a hoodie that was labeled as gold foil but the color shown in the photo was yellow nothing gold foil about it. I emailed the company stating that the picture was not a accurate representation. They emailed me back unprofessionally stating “ The mock up is a pretty accurate representation of what gold foil looks like really.” Anybody with two eyes could see it’s not accurate. Also the vinyl was cheaply made and was crooked. The vinyl is also coming off in the corner. They do not offer returns or exchanges. If you can’t even offer exchange then you can not stand by your products. Company is unprofessional, lacking quality and sketchy.

After a two month wait I received the wrong size. After contacting the company they agreed to send me the correct size. I was provided a tracking number for said shipment, which was a shipment to a random address out of state. I am now out 59 dollars with no response to my emails. Do not trust this company. Terrible customer service

I've purchased things from them more than 4 times. I have always waited the timeframes they mention (a few weeks after sales are over). I have always received the correct item at the correct size, and have had no issues. Very nice to find rare merchandise of bands I like.

i ordered a skateboard for my boyfriend. He picked out the one he wanted and so I selected that one. It said it would take 2-4 weeks to manufacture. 6 weeks later and I hadn't heard from them. I emailed them and they did get back to me right away (apparently their equipment got shipped to mexico by mistake) and so i waited. I received my skateboard 2 days ago (april 27) i ordered the skateboard february 26th. My boyfriend opened the box.. it was the wrong skateboard. I emailed them and they said "it was a user error and so they couldnt do anything about it".. so I spent 130$ CAD on something i didnt even want.

I love the bands they create Merch for and can understand the timelines between production and delivery, but the quality (especially after significant wait times) is absolute garbage. I would never spend the money for the terribly produced quality of items I have purchased in the past.

One word: scam. I ordered a shirt of my favourite artist in January, so that I can wear it this Friday on that artist's show. They warn the customer that making a shirt can take up to 4 weeks (and it did), so I was fine with that. But they shipped my package a month ago and I still haven't received it. Wrote to them, their first reply was "Yeah that can happen, I don't know where your package is but I hope it will reach you soon". Excuse me? You HOPE it will reach me? I replied to that and haven't received any further response. It seems that I won't receive the package, and I sure will fight to get my money back. Please don't buy anything from these scammers.

EDIT: They gave me my money back after I wrote this review and after I sent them a few emails (the package never came), but still, I don't recommend buying their products.

I ordered a Christmas sweater in November it came after Christmas and it was the wrong size and not very nice. Avoid buying from here such a waste of money and the service is horrible.

Brutal transaction, ordered three shirts got two sent to me. Terrible quality and shipping took forever. Avoid this company at all costs.
