I ordered on 12/08/20, on 13/08/20 i received an email saying it has been shipped. I emailed them on the 29th of August and 14th of September, didn't get a response. Still haven't received them. I got my sister to DM them on Instagram, they still haven't sent a refund.

Such a shame that I am scoring Merakilo a 1* because of their poor customer service as actually their gym leggings are my favourite!!
I placed an order on 18th November, funds were taken from my account & order confirmation email received but that is it!! No shipping confirmation, no order received. Instagram, Facebook and email enquiries ignored-comments on posts asking them to respond have been deleted & this has really put me off ordering again. No phone number from what I can find-how do I find out about my order& £60+ taken???!!!!!

Ordered clothes back in April. Had to chase them up about it for so long, eventually they sent out a replacement packaged in end of July it unfortunately contained 2/3 wrong items. Sent the parcel back start of august (within a few days of receiving the parcel) and still haven’t received the refund! Contacted many times followed all the emails they sent back which weren’t many considering the length of time I’ve been trying to contact them! Even sent a letter to their legal team with no response. Do not order from this company!!!!!

I’ve got a full set of Merakilo gym gear and my girls wanted matching gear. Merakilo made 2 sets especially for them and delivered them within days, the girls are made up, they said it’s really comfy and looks brilliant. Excellent communication, customer service and product. Thank you guys.

on 2 occasions I have not received an order from Merakilo, one back in 2017 and one recently placed on the 7th. they are either incompetent at handling the number of orders they get or they just don't care but will take your money!
on both occasions, I had no response from them and on my account, it says fulfilled as though it's been delivered, I tried filling out the contact form on the site but there is no submit button lol!... I emailed them twice, no response and they don't display any way of getting in touch with them on their site or display a contact number. if you have ever had this issue with Merakilo I would strongly advise processing a chargeback through your bank who will investigate the matter further for you and potentially get your money back

Great quality products, quick delivery!

The people there have gone above and beyond for me. Im a bigger guy 3xl or xxl in most items. They got items specially in for me when I wanted something that was above the size the product was available in. And personalised the gymwear too. Couldn't ask for more. Absolutely love the quality and feel when wearing it. Will definitely be buying more. Very fast from order to delivery as well. Thanks alot to the people at Merakilo

I ordered some leggings in August which arrived in the wrong size. I emailed and got a quick response apologising and saying I could send them back for another item or a refund. I returned them, at my own expense, but after many emails have neither new leggings or a refund! They have not responded to my emails ir Instagram message. Very disappointing that I am having to chase them for so long over a simple matter!

I honestly do not even know where to possible start with this review because the experience I have had with this company is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Firstly, I placed an order with Merakilo on 05th May 2020.. I received my parcel 12th September 2020. After roughly 20 ignored messages (at this point) I had to contact my bank to get my money back. A dispute was opened and Merakilo's response to prove I had received the goods was that I was posting pictures over my social media wearing the items that I hadn't even received!!! This is the most disappointing things throughout my whole experience that a company which prides themselves on 'honesty' completely outright lied to my bank which lead me to being out of pocket, and without any clothing that I had paid for.

In between this period my order had actually been sent to the incorrect address and the girl that had received it was the one to tell me. I contacted Merakilo to tell them this and their response was for the girl to send her items to me directly even though all tags had been taken off and the clothes had been with her for roughly 2-3 months!!

I have now in total emailed and DM'd a total of 38 times, in which half the time my messages were read and ignored. One of the emails was to their CEO Luke Swain, who has completed disregarded the fact I have even emailed him.. and that's someone leading from the top ladies and gentlemen. What a great person to have in charge of a business and peoples money.

I have asked several times about their returns procedure (as there was no invoice, or return instructions in my parcel) and I am still awaiting a response.

Absolute shambles of a company, so disappointing and the amount of time and stress I have had to deal with because of Merakilo is absolutely disgusting.

Clothes looks good quality. No regrets about that.
If you wear M size then consider buying S. Because sizes are little increased.

Support is tragic. No communication. Support Does not respond to emails or Instagram messages.

I thought i was scammed. There was 6 weeks of silence with no response.

Fantastic clothing and staff very helpful.

I use Merakilo or myself and my clients use them. The clothes fit very and are good to work out in. Always quick to respond on orders and queries. I would highly recommend this clothing range and won't use anyone else
