I love MendmyMi. This was my second time of using them. This time I had a screen repair and battery replacement on iPhone 5. Phone is like new now, I am over the moon (£73 for both repairs).

Good quality, competitive pricing. Fast turnaround (considering that your phone travels in the post). Kept informed throughout via email. They send it back via "next day" DPD, with a 1-hour delivery slot.

I trust them & would use again if I had to, would also recommend to friends.

Mendmyi were brilliant. They came to my workplace at a time that was convenient for me and replaced my dodgy phone battery for under £50. Much better than having to buy a new phone. I would highly recommend them.

From first point of contact I have received great service from Chris at the Haverhill base. I received an email at every stage and when I had a question they contacted me by phone. I had sent first email on a Sunday as my iPad stopped working, I had a reply soon after 09:00 on Monday, I took it over on Monday late morning to Haverhill. Received an email late afternoon explaining the problem and a quote. Repaired and ready to collect after 16:00 on Tuesday. Has a 90day guarantee.
How's that for service

Great service, but would have been nice to pay cash or use a card machine as felt a bit unsafe handing over my card for all my details to be written down, in case something happened.

Sent my phone away to get the camera repaired but was left disappointed when the screen came back slightly faulty. This however was promptly sorted by MendmyI who rang me in the morning to arrange a collection from my house to repair the faulty screen. 3 Days later, I received the phone back in what i can only describe as brand new condition. This totally changed my opinion on the company and would happily use them again without a second thought. The customer service is brilliant and I would like to give a special thanks to Riki, the manager at MendmyI, who made sure my phone was repaired and returned swiftly. Regular email updates and phone calls were also very much appreciated as at first it is quite nerve racking sending your phone away. All in all i would highly recommend MendmyI and have already given good praise to friends who need their phone repaired. Many Thanks.

Prompt, polite service with successful repair.

Mendmyi were quick to respond to my email enquiring into the cost of replacing the glass on my broken Iphone 5C. I went to the Haverhill shop and was greated by two helpful friendly staff. My phone glass was replaced quickly and in the time specified. I would go again if i had any further problems with my Iphone.

Posted my Iphone 6 for a logic board repair last December but Mendmyi wasn't successful on fixing the logic board. I received my phone back after three weeks due to the holiday season.

Despite the frustration of not having a working phone, I have to give credit to their excellent and friendly customer service, they kept professional and answered my calls/emails promptly. They have also fully refunded the original repair cost at the time of booking/repair order so thumbs up to Dan, Ricky and the rest of the team. Keep it up!

The service was great and the repair really neat. My only gripe was that an email to confirm the quote never appeared so the repair was delayed by a few days until I went back to the shop to confirm it in person. But no complaint about the repair - thank you!

Excellent service received for screen repair. Ipad was glitching too and was not sure if this could be repaired. Emails were responded to quickly with any queries I had made and the ipad was returned like new! Definitely recommend.
