iPhone 5s with totally smashed screen comes back looking like a million dollars! I only dropped the phone off at the collection point on Monday and it was collected late afternoon, It was back in my hand Weds morning! And that was with Christmas post! Quality tip-top service. Have a great Christmas guys and a Happy New Year!

I have always found the the service provided by mendmyi to be excellent,staff very helpful and repairs dealt with extreemly speedily.

Have used mendmyi twice, both times for iPhones. First a 3G iPhone for a new screen, and 4S iPhone for a new home button and a battery. Both times I was treated with civility and curtesy, The staff knew the products well and did the work quickly.
I certainly recommend this firm for their service.

Easy to come by, Google led me to the site. I had not purchased from the site before, and was delighted to see the MMi had the specific part I needed at little cost. Service was on par, (shipping, handling, communication), no complaints here. Five stars for a reason.

My iPhones charger port had become faulty, not recognising the charger unless in a very specific position! First I thought It was the cable so bought a new one, when I found out it was the phone I was quoted a few hundred pounds for Apple repair or a bit less for a third party! Found these online and I thought it sounded cheap £44 with recorded delivery back to me, bargain! Sent it off Thurs, got it sent back fixed 2 days later! Fantastic service, great value, thank you so much!

I have to say that the service was very good. Although the parts to change my phone were out of stock and the return of my phone was delayed. But I was promptly phoned and advised this was going to be the case. So all in all the level of service was very good. I would definitely recommend and if I need my iphone fixed or jazzed up in the future I will use mendmyi again.

Exceptionally fast, professional and courteous service and at an amazingly low price. Apple Shop and O2 in Cambridge couldn't care less and wouldn't even send my phone away to be looked at - but the guys at mendmyi had it for less than 1 day, repaired it in 20mins and only charged £24.00 . I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys.

After using too many fake chargers, the U2 chip inside my phone had been ruined. After going to many repair shops and them telling me nothing can be done about it, I resorted online and found mendmyi. An article by them claimed the problem was easily solved and could save me hundreds of pounds of trouble! Wary of delivering my device by post, mendmyi assured me they have a store located in three different locations if I wanted to visit them. This reassured me that mendmyi are not a dodgy online scam, and I gave my phone in for repair. It can be daunting sending it off for repair in someone else's hands, but I emailed and rang mendmyi and they reassured me everything was fine. After looking for many places in london for a U2 repair, it seemed to me that mendmyi is the only place in england that fixes them! And at a cheap price of £79 I was very impressed. No one customers keep coming back! Thankyou so much mendmyi!

We have used Mendmyi many times and are always happy with the cost, service and prompt communication.

Very good only issue was the carrier details came to late by email giving me little chance to meet the next day pick-up deadline. I complained and they got the pick-up sorted for me anyway. The item was then repaired and quickly returned to me very quickly. Would use again.

Great service, friendly. The shop is a bit of a mess which might put people off, that's the only downside!

I took my iPhone to be repaired at 12.30 pm and by 2.15 pm I had a phone call saying it was done, they had fixed the problem and I was the happiest guy in the world. First class service couldn't be happier.

Pricing and process was transparent. Nice to have my out-of-guarantee phone working again for a third of the replacement cost. Handy that they have a location in Cambridge to drop off and pick up the phone.

I have had extensive contact with Mendmyi, who are highly dedicated and organised, not to mention specialised (This isn't a few teenagers in their garage repairing electronics, not that I'm knocking those people, because I used to be that teenager, though mobile/micro motherboard issues are too specialised for me).

I sent them an iPhone 4S with a battery connector FCP that had been ripped off, due to being removed too much and a faulty wifi connector.

What I received back was a working iPhone 4S, with no battery or wifi issues :)

The packaging was highly specialised, you'll see what I mean when you see it, I could imagine you could throw your phone at a wall in it and it wouldn't have as much as a scratch (Though I'm not recommending doing so..).

The staff are polite and approachable and I can tell by my contact with them that they take deep pride and care in what they do. I know where to go in the future, without sending my devices to dubious, non-caring, money making machines. Trust me I've experienced the worst of the worst. These guys are like Apple themselves as far as customer service goes but with a more accessible, human touch. Thats even negating the fact that the same repairs by apple are extortionate in cost by comparison.

The website is stunning and easy to navigate too.
