I signed up today - received a conflirmation - login was refused. So i contacted technical Support, but no Chance to make it work! Either userid nor Email is recognized (but Email goes through) - i requested rollback and refund - not possible you have to pay the Initial period. - Page is a fake and billig company not performing

Horrible site. Scam! I paid for the 1 dollar, 2 day membership and you can’t watch any videos at all. It will take you to this “members area” and a selection of videos come up. Once you click a video it will tell you to pay DESPITE you already paying for a membership to watch said videos.

You pay to access the site but have to pay again to watch the videos on the site. Makes no sense. “900+ videos” but you can’t watch any of them unless you wanna pay another 2-5 dollars per video. …because you have to pay even though you paid for the subscription. Save your money, very very wonky and glitchy site.

If your unlucky like me you might get a pop up syaing your membership expired even though you just bought it.

I am french I bought a 1 month subscription on october it was censed to be ONLY 1 month and the subscription has been renewed every month luckily my bank warned me this month and we blocked the credit card and ordered a new one

Scam- story

Before I subscribed to men.com, I had my hesitations. I can tell they make awesome videos and they pay popular actors so I thought they are a serious company and trustworthy. So, I subscribed for the trial period, paying 1 dollar for 2 days. In the payment area, I saw that they had pre selected an additional dollar for one extra day and premium material. I said fck it, why not. I gave them my card information and all done. Now begins the scam story.

I always unsubscribe right after I subscribe to a platform that I have no intention to keep paying. So, I go to support and then canceling ( as instructed in the Mail they sent me). There are 3 possible (?) ways to cancel your subscription. Don’t get too excited. The first one is by calling, the second is via online chatting and the third one is online. I tried the online method and it said that the information is wrong. I guess I forgot my password, right? Nope. Everything was correct. I started freaking out. Then, I googled it and found this website and read your comments. Then I was really freaked out. I sent them mails etc but I thought I was hopeless. I checked my balance and I was 2 dollars down (makes sense). Then I realized that I can call my bank and cancel my card so they can’t charge me anything. THATS THE PRO TIP. I did so and now I’m more relaxed, but I have to make arrangements on having a new card. All this for 8 free videos and one (good) masturbation. NOT WORTH IT

No way to cancel any membership without lots of hassle. The option to cancel on their website does not work for some reason (it says you can do it yourself but you can't actually log onto that part of the site), the number you call is an automated service where you need to press 1 or 2 but the message then says you haven't made your choice so can't continue and hangs up (regardless of what button you press, it's a scam) and the chat option is a bot and when you want to speak to a person, they ignore you for hours while demanding you type 'YES' every 3 minutes or you'll get disconnected. I will never ever ever give these scammer any more money. Only way to stop is call the number on any email confirmation u find and even there, they try to scam you. Horrible.

It’s a fraud. Do not access this website and definitely do not put any card details they will charge you lots of money within 2 days.

I'm starting a class action law suit along with my bank on corporate level, and my lawyer. Interested? fresemedia at google box. Not allowed addresses. I did not even join this crap. My card was stolen. I have cancer, am 51 an have no drive anyway (if I did they don't have what I would want). Also, I was in the middle of Covid recovery when this happened. I have documentation and friends in the national press. Let me know if you are up for it. Put NOT REAL in the subject line. PS: my wife thinks this is hysterical, but not the money part.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Shadiest membership ever. Little to no autonomy over cancelling your account. Probiller - their billing company sucks and charges you exorbitant amounts. All they could do was give me extra months for what I paid but I didn't even want it, just had to take it and go. Id rather a refund.

Scam, they say a 2 day membership for £1 but the videos are then all Pay per view. They say you can cancel by pressing cancel at the bottom of the screen but there is no cancel and speaking with someone takes you to a 3rd party that has taken over 3 hours to view a chat. A chat that times out if you dont type every 2 minutes

I signed up for a trial membership and cancelled within the alotted amount of time but my account was still charged $42.37 at the end of the trial period. I called to the support and was told there would be no refund (policy). I was told the best I could do was to get a partial refund and could use the site for one more month. Everything is locked - I, in fact, cannot use the site. For a second time, I chatted with support and was told "no refund" again and was hung up on before I could say anything else. I called for a third time and was literally laughed at when told "no refund". What a rip-off

Mediocre experience. I havent run into the being charged for priemium without my consent, BUT I have run into a situation where most of the month the site was down. They are notoriously bad at listing what performer is in the scene, and when they do get it right; its not what they described. Ive tried contacting the Better Bussiness Buero to no avail theyre just as bad as MEN. I had to the state attronyies ofc to get resolution. Ive found that if you do thier 3day trial download as many videos as you can and cancel after two days. No one answers thier phone and thier email is invalid. I had to go to facebook and send them a email there.

So I signed up to men.com for £19.99 per month and as I clicked OK to complete the transaction an auto-generated box appeared for the premium access. I didn't even have a chance to cancel it before it went through. When I went online to cancel the main subscription I found that I wasn't able to cancel the premium access. I was forced to go onto their support and speak to someone in their helproom chat. To be fair, it was cancelled (well they said it was and I have received an email) as soon as I got angry with them. But it's clear that the whole thing is a scam and set to trap you. I'm amazed that there isn't a massive outcry about them.

AVOID at all possible cost.

NEVER, EVER give any payment info, multiple times, multiple friends have been stolen from by this company with made-up charges. Unethical AF, very shady, this company is designed to fraudulently drain money from your account over and over. I want to pay for porn, but companies like this make free porn the ONLY CHOICE. Men.com is killing the porn industry by forcing us to watch free porn because it’s much safer.

I signed up for a trial membership because I wanted to watch a particular scene. I pay for the trial. WHOOPS! Turns out I can't watch the scene unless I pay an additional $24.99. This is a scam. Avoid giving these rip-off artists your credit card number because they make it incredibly difficult to cancel. It took me 48 minutes of phone calls, emails and "chat" windows.

They will offer you a 2 day trial, but tack on a premium that you cannot cancel unless you get in contact with. Even after KNOWINGLY unchecking the box for the premium membership (of £34 a month) they will bill you anyway and give you no option to cancel. Not to mention the total user UNFRIENDLY website. Avoid and just watch Pornhub!
