Superb Online Support

I have been with Memberspace for over a year now and I find their system, easy to use and well thought out. Recently, I made quite a big error that would impact one of my Members negatively. I couldn't find a fix in the help documents so I reached out for online support.
I got a very speed reply. I was given a link to see the fix which was a video of my issue being fixed. Wow! Not only did they correct my mistake but they also sent a video clip of how to fix it if it ever came up again.
I was both suprised and impressed by the way this was handled.
The online support is superb!

Quality, Suport, and Possibilites

When running an online business I needed to trust the service providers I hired. I have felt very cared for and helped everytime that I need something. They have navigated the growth of their own business with the cusomer in mind. The product is on point and keeps my members gettting that they need and paid for. Nothing is perfect but Memberspace is always striving to move in that direction. Thank you for what you offer to help me make the living that I have worked so hard for.

Roger was prompt and professional in his response to my question, and even uploaded a video to show me how he made a change for one of my members so that I could do it on my own in the future. Very helpful!

Great platform and integrates well with Duda!

My web design company uses Memberspace for many of our clients' websites. We integrate Memberspace with the Duda website platform, allowing us to create beautiful, seamless websites with exclusive member functionality. We have used Memberspace for political causes and campaigns, nonprofits, neighborhood organizations, local restaurant passports, eCommerce stores and businesses to create exclusive content for free and/or paid memberships.

Reliable, responsive, and great for multilingual setups

I use MemberSpace to manage access to an online training platform for French-speaking learners. Even though the platform is in English, it’s flexible enough to fully customize the user experience in French, which is a big advantage for us.
The tool itself is solid and easy to manage — but what really stands out is the support. Roger and Chelsea have been consistently helpful, quick to reply, and always clear in their answers.
What I really appreciate is that they’re open to feedback — and it’s not just for show: some of the suggestions I made have already been implemented, which is rare and genuinely appreciated.
In short: a reliable tool, excellent support, and a team that really listens. Highly recommended.

The best IT help I've ever had. All thumbs up.

Roger was very thorough. He continued to dig into the problem - even after I was willing to let it go. Roger and his team not only found the script that was causing the issue - they even suggested how to fix it. They sent me videos of where the problem was and where I could find it in my code. Roger also sent me a video on how to use the Spaces menu in a better way. Honestly, the best IT help I've ever had. All thumbs up.

Sooo much better than the other one I was using!

I was using a different membership platform that was clunky, hard to use and not a very clean user experience. Getting Memberspace up and running to replace it was soooo much easier and faster. There are more features and it looks so much better! And the support has been amazing - I highly recommend this platform if you’re doing a membership site!

Great Customer Support

I had what seemed like a big problem with our members-only website that I thought would be a pain to resolve. I reached out to the MemberSpace support team, and Roger responded within 24 hours with a personalized video response. Not only did he explain the solution, but he actually resolved the issue for me while recording the video! I wish every customer support experience was like this. Thank you, Roger!

Nice Support, But Shockingly Restrictive Platform

MemberSpace’s customer service team is polite, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The platform itself is extremely limited and inflexible. You’re forced to use Stripe for payments—no alternatives allowed—and customization is nonexistent. Want to design your own HTML emails? Too bad. Need even basic tweaks to membership tiers or branding? Impossible.

While the staff responds quickly, they can’t (or won’t) fix these glaring issues. The platform feels like it’s stuck in 2010, with rigid templates and zero room for creativity. If you’re serious about building a professional membership site, look elsewhere. This service is only viable if you’re okay with being boxed into their one-size-fits-none system. Nice people, terrible product. Not worth the frustration.
