Really good, had painless blood taken, all very detailed / got the results within two weeks with a good explanation and breakdown of what needed further investigation and why . Highly recommend

An excellent service end to end. Reports were exceptionally detailed.

I found it a very professional and efficient service. There was a clear questionnaire in advance. And on the day the tests were done in a quick and friendly manner. The details which came back also seemed thorough and useful. I have been impressed. The only thing I would suggest is that there is no advice on how to respond or what to do next. But that’s a minor point.

Simple & straightforward and a comprehensive set of results!

Longer then expected, but i got my result.

I bought the test online, very easy and made my appointment to collect blood at the Kings College campus in London Bridge. I receive the partial results with the medical report on the following day, very well described and for the immune system report I will have to wait for another couple of weeks. Happy with their services and the customer service are very efficient!

A very thorough and informative test with amazing results. I am very glad it has highlighted a couple of things to monitor and very interested in coming back in six months for an updated test.

So far it’s been seamless - I had to change my appointment last minute which was no problem and when I did go - it took no time, they were very good at taking blood (i have regular blood tests so I have had a mix of experiences) - and I got my initial results very quickly. Looking forward to the next set of results.
